Good morning!  I went to Sephora stand alone and also SiJCP last night and wanted to share/ask a couple things.  1) I found out you can get 4x points from 8/4/14 -8/10/14 in-store and online. You can only get 4x points on 8/3/14 during the Rouge event (so I was told). My email invite didn't have a start date so I asked - it implied the 4x started already, but sadly no.  2) There is a separate VIB Rouge BI card - it is red.  I am relatively new to Sephora (but making up for lost time so yes I am Rouge) but saw some posts before asking about this so just sharing on that.  SiJCP manager hooked me up - stand alone (when they saw my card) seemed totally unaware of its existence. 3) has anyone ever signed up for the Glam Shots photo op featuring Smashbox and hair by Bumble & Bumble? It costs (minimum) $75 and you get professional hair, makeup, photos (from a photographer to the stars??) and a CD of your photos to take with you.  I am signed up in the Sacramento, CA Arden Fair Mall location (space still available) so just curious if anyone else has experience with this.  The photo op is open to all, apparently - not just Rouge.  Also - I actually LOVE the Smashbox 'pout' color that came in the GIve me some lip box...I wore it to the mall last night and had a few people ask me what I was wearing!  That being said the color in the box was no where near the color on the box cover.  My tube is almost white vs the pink color shown. I'm not a fan of the NARS orgasm or the UD Naked, but LOVE the Buxom White Russian.  I also tried Buxom's Muah in store last night and will be getting that at the Rouge event.  Haven't tried the other two from the box yet.  Happy Wednesday!!

@ Try layering the NARS Orgasm over lipsticks if you don't like it alone.  I love the little shimmer it gives.  I usually use it over nudes, corals or pinkish browns.

I had it in my cart earlier today and then it went out of stock...now it appears to be back in stock. I think it's adorable, and even if it's tiny, it's a good price for a face color, blush, and 4 eye shades. Also, the duty free versions of the same are priced around $58, so it's a great deal. There are a lot of pics if you do a Google Images search.

I just ordered the Les Mini Prismes. It's just too cute! I love Givenchy products, they've all be really good. I'll write a review on it whenever it gets here.

It's on Sunday so you'd have to hit Rouge before then. You also have to RSVP for it.

That said, if you don't hit Rouge in time - I believe the 4x points bonus will last for a week. It's for everything. Meanwhile, you get 3x points while you're VIB for that week as well.

I haven't been paying attention to these things, but... are they still doing VIB only events? It seems like all their VIB events now have moved up to VIBR. I vaguely remember them doing a fairly impressive skincare thing last year around this time for VIBs and now it seems like everything special is for VIBRs instead, and there's not much benefit to just hitting VIB.

My Smashbox is such a pale pink that it's basically white. I'm wondering if it looks beige for @@knightsgirl because it's the gold packaging reflecting on it. @@knightsgirl, have you removed it from there yet?

I thought the same thing with the gold lol!  I took it out and it's white, definitely white.  Sephora is sending me a new set after I sent pics.

I have to return the "defective" set, which is weird to me, what are they gonna sell the lippies I swatched or they're just gonna pay for the return shipping so they can throw them away?  So odd.  I don't want to give back the bite pencil!

Actually almost everything except the private shopping events are also for VIB. Private shopping events are the only real extra events for VIBR. All other events like last year I went to a Bumble & Bumble event, there was recently a Too Faced event in Cali, etc. - Those events are for VIB and usually require 750 points be traded in.

Yeah, I'm VIBR but there's really no point in it when everything is for VIB too. The only really benefit is this 4x point thing, but by the time it's over i'll have at least 5000+ points because their point perks have been so lackluster. At this point I redeem for ANYTHING I'll think I'll use.
