I just got this email from OFRA:

Hello Tianna,

Our company policy is that we do ship out any samples at no cost, I would charge you $20 for a sample pack of our products to try on your skin and detect any allergies/reactions. That would include the shipping cost. Please let me know if you would be interested in doing that and I can send you a paypal request for payment...

$20?!?!?!?!?!?
they can keep their friggin samples

About a month ago I got some small samples from DermOrganics of the shampoo, conditioner, hair masque, and the hair treatment order. Two days ago I sent them an email telling them that after trying the hair care line I went out and bought the huge bottles of the shampoo and hair masque and that I would love to try their skin care line. So today when the mail came I had a package from them and inside were boxes of deluxe size samples of their skin care line AND I got some deluxe sized samples of the shampoo, masque, and oil treatment. Haha guess they just really like me. I was planning on saving the mini bottles of the hair care stuff to refill when I go on trips, but now I'll just save the new bottles for when I go to Florida in May. I love the skin care stuff though!

I could do a lot of things with $20, I definitely wouldn't pay that for some tiny samples.

I had emailed them in early Feb and they sent me out a few samples. I can't remember what it was and I don't remember being wowed by it, but I used it.

L'Occitane sent me an email stating they no longer have samples available, but I could purchase some travel sizes from their website.

I got the Sunday Riley samples someone here mentioned a few pages back.  The Juno body serum is HUGE!  I think its about half the size of the full size bottle.  The face serum is smaller, but not too shabby.

I just got an email from l'occitane this morning saying they will send out a couple samples usps. I went to their website and contacted them that way. If you just sent an email maybe try contacting them through their website.

I used the online form, as well. I received Essense of Vali samples today...great smelling stuff!

It took a month for me to get the Erno Lazlo samples, but it was totally worth the wait.  They sent like 5 or 6 nice sized samples with handwritten labels on them.

I received samples yesterday from Luckyscent.com.  It's a perfume shop in LA that has a great website.  Yes, they charge for their samples, but they have perfumes from all over the world from companies I've never heard of before and boy, do the samples I bought smell great.

The staff there really knows their stuff too.  I'm allergic to jasmine, lilies and freesia so it can be hard to find a perfume that doesn't have those ingredients.  They included 3 of the most beautiful perfume samples with my order.  (They won't send free samples on a sample only order...)  They also have a wonderful newsletter to which I've now subscribed  and they do have monthly sample packs available to purchase.

They had super fast shipping, and were a delight to do business with.  If you're looking for something completely different....this is it!
