that is strange. I used my gmail and it keeps getting caught in their spam filter is I used my very old aol email ans that seemed to have gone through but I have not heard back from them yet. EDIT: nope seems that that email got sent back too not sure while I'm having so much trouble emailing them...

I sent a couple of emails at the beginning of the month, but have yet to hear back from all but one company.  Is it normal not to get a response?

Woo! This helps! Caldrea and Mrs. Meyers sent me a package pretty quickly and they were very generous with their samples - pretty sure I had one dish soap or hand soap of each scent from each line. Mrs. Meyers also included laundry detergent and spot stain remover.

I really hope that they send me a package even though I haven't gotten a reply. It is really truly one of the vendors I want to try most of all!

So glad I found this thread! I want to switch up my skincare routine so I was really happy to learn I can test the products out before I buy. The following companies said yes: Enzo Laszlo, REN, Nuxe and DermOrganics. Excited to start getting sampels!

I'm expecting samples from them as well I was disappointed I did not get any in my birch box.

I got samples today from Jurlique,Juice Beauty, and Jane Iredale. Earlier this week I got my Wei East samples.

I started this a week ago, so far I think I'm doing well. I'm still wait to hear back from a bunch of places and have even more to still contact.

I sent a sweet message to The Balm and they recommended that I go to a Walgreens in Chicago because "they have testers out". I'm in milwaukee and don't have a car and probably won't go to Chicago to go to a Walgreens :p /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

I had contacted theBalm to see if it was possible to purchase the mini sizes of their stuff like Hot Mama, etc. And they told me to join Birchbox and I might be lucky to receive one.

I can't say I've ever seen The Balm at Walgreens.  A simple "no" or even no response would have been better.

I contacted them too, told them I was overseas and they said their products are sold overseas as well. Seems like they are not so nice at The Balm.
