I got a yes from Jane Iridele too, and I think that's the company I'm most excited for because it looks like they will actually be sending multiple cosmetic samples!  Here are the other nine I've heard back from:  100% Pure, Archipelago Botanicals, Arcona, DermOrganic, Jurlique, Living Proof, Mrs. Meyer’s, Neostrata, and Ren were all very nice and said they'd send samples.  It appears that you can also pay a small price for cosmetic samples from Alima and Per-fekt.  Hope this helps and that you get some great responses! :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Me too! Just got mine last week. Got a sample of the cleanser & toner!

I emailed Macademia yesterday and just received this response:

"Dear Emily,

Thank you for your interest in Macadamia Natural Oil.

We don't always offer complimentary samples, we take it on a case by case basis, but we are always looking to make new happy customers. I would be glad to send you some samples of our wonderful products. May I have your full name and address  for our records?

Sincerely,
Danica Morrison

Macadamia Natural Oil products can only be guaranteed when purchased at a professional beauty salon or an authorized beauty outlet listed on the Macadamia Natural Oil website under the salon locator section."

I seriously was so sad when I didn't receive any in my March BB.  So excited to get these samples!!

I received a sample of Diorsnow BB cream at the Dior counter at Bloomies last night. Has anyone tried this? They put some on the back of my hand and my hand looked like magic! I'm curious if anyone has had any experience with this. It only comes in 1 color.

Actifirm is only sending me a mushroom mask, how are you guys getting $50 sets from them?
Maybe they are out now (especially if there was an influx of people requesting samples from this thread lol). I have noticed a lot of inconsistency in what companies send. I think it depends greatly on who responds to ur email and what they have on hand at the time of the request.

I actually just got a reply from them this morning that they would be sending me a sample kit. I have no clue what it will actually consist of so I will be sure to keep everyone posted!

Understandable. I was asked what I'd like to try most. I prefer that method over them sending a sample kit of stuff I might not want. I got my Macadamia Natural Oil samples today. I got the 6 piece sampler, which I actually ordered for $2.95 on the site as well. Haha. At least I know they'll get used up.

I received my first samples in the mail today!  They are from DermOrganic, Jane Iredale, Neostrata, and Mrs. Meyer's:

I am really excited to try these!

Wow! Everything looks like they sent you very generous amounts!

They were definitely generous!  I was so happy to see the size, amount, and quality of the samples.  I can't wait to try them--especially the Jane Iredale lip products!

I shot Jane Iredale an email a few days ago for a sample. I cant wait to see what they send me. They are definetly friendly. If i like the products i will def be buying from them!

I actually emailed Chloe perfumes because I am on the hunt for a new scent, as mine was discontinued. There was a specific scent I requested but they were so nice! They sent just the usual sample size of perfume of one scent, but two cute mini glass bottles of two other scents. I was very surprised as I never got an email back, just a thank you for writing auto reply.

Do you guys typically mention that you heard of these companies through which ever sub service you have? I've heard some girls mention it and some reps have been less than helpful

I agree with you. I never heard the name of couple of companies. I really don;t know, it  could be my mistake or my lack of knowledge.

Macademia agreed to send me a sample of the deep repair mask today!  I'm excited, I really need a good one, and trying to find products that work well with keratin treatments is a little overwhelming to me - I never know where to start because there are just so many brands that claim to do so many things.  I wouldn't have thought to ask without this thread, either; I'm just resigned to always getting the worst Birchboxes (though I've unsubbed now).
