Well, that was a waste of time. I have been hoping that there would be answers better than "it's in the works" since they have been saying that for months. The point perks have been lacking, especially the 500-point ones. Although there are still a few items I pick up at Sephora due to convenience, I have been trying to move my business elsewhere.
Nordstrom will have a point event starting tomorrow, and I'll be picking up items there instead of Sephora. While I know I haven't spent all that much there, I somehow accumulate $20 certificates quite fast. Customer service is always stellar and whenever there is a problem, it's fixed immediately. If there's an item I don't see online anymore, they always do a search in their physical stores for me and then have it mailed to me. (Ex. I was looking for a Laura Mercier gift set that was ON SALE online, CS found it in a store, had it mailed it to me, and they threw in a free full size Lip Glace for me just to try because she loved it)
