They are banning people for buying one items. I think if you spent 1000 its your right to use the free shipping.

I think the banning talk has gotten way out of control. They aren't mass banning people. If you abuse the system though and buy 20 different $1 body wash caps a day on different orders to get a ton of free samples, that could get you banned. If you make an order, then decide you also want something else and do another one they won't care.

The promos and codes thread has more specific stories of the people who've gotten banned if people want to know more details about the kind of shoppers it is happening to.

Really?  Sometimes my one item costs me more than I would on several orders!! 

I've done the one item thing before - because when I looked for that item to order with another order, it was sold out.  Then it came back in stock.  I ordered it before it before it could sell out again.

If that is their reasoning, that really sucks.

Unfortunately, that isn't the case with many of the VIBR's getting banned. It's too bad, really.

Supposedly if you use the code ROUGELOVE you can get a free compact mirror, it says it is free with any Rouge purchase. 

I'm not Rouge though so I can't test it!

i get the same thing pretty much, except mine says i need to be logged in, even though i am

Must be logged into VIB Rouge account and use $20 Reward Card to with minimum $50 USD purchase to qualify. Available to US clients only.

Today I stopped by my local Iowa free-standing sephora and got that free mirror, a mini bottle of water, a card with the managers info tucked in, and a bag with deluxe samples for being "rouge." The chevron/zigzag bag was one they had in the summer with a stila lipgloss, sephora shadow, buxom gloss, laura mercier tinted moisturizer, etc. etc.

Get the Buxom set! I bought it and love it!!! The little size of them are SO cute. All the colors are great, too.

Hi Ladies!  I know not everyone is super happy here in Rougeland but i have a few questions for a Rouge newb (me).

I got my "welcome" kit in the mail.  It has a mini Bite Lipstick and a card telling me about all the great things Rouge has to offer.

I see a lot of people post you have to go to the store to "get you card."  Do people mean the hard plastic card like you have as a VIB (silver) or BI (black)?

I got a business card size and thickness card that states "Beauty Studio All access pass."  On the back it states about booking an appt (I assume for one of the "perks" of being Rouge, a make overy type thing).  I assume this is not the Rouge "card?"

Yep, the hard plastic card is only available if you get your rouge kit in store. If you hit rouge during online checkout, you get everything including the all access pass EXCEPT the plastic card. I guess their reasoning is that you don't really need the physical card if you do your shopping online.

Side note, I also picked up the compact mirror in store today. I didn't have to use the $20 off 50 gift card. All I bought was the mini $10 hourglass lipstick in icon. They did give me a water bottle as well, but no bag of samples. /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Thank you!  I will have to venture to a store.  I spent a lot of money to get that card, I am gonna get it!  May make a little purchase to see if I can score a mirror.  Or goodie bag.  And if I am very good maybe both!

I would get to rouge and then open a second account. It's what I plan to do next year. This year I've hit Rouge twice and VIB again. So it would have made more sense had I done what I'm telling you to do. Use the VIBR to ship and the VIB for promotions. Hopefully Sephora won't care and it won't be a biggie. We spend thousands of dollars, I'm sure they appreciate that on some level......(and you can also break up your next order so you hit VIBR and work towards VIB)
