I think the VIB-R program grew faster then they anticipated.
I believe they're having to take a step back and rethink their program. I know a store manager and she told me that when the program first started, they initially had right around 3,000 VIBR members. Which is a very small number when you think about how many people actually shop at Sephora. She is giving feedback to them to let them know of all the complaints.
I for one am fed up with it. In my eyes this is false marketing. Free shipping? Big whoop when you can get Flash shipping. Special surprises? Nope, notta. Special VIB events? Few and far between and quite honestly, not much out of Sephora's pocket.
They're not scratching my back so I'm not scratching theirs.
