I had a similar problem when i qualified for rouge a month or so ago. i emailed them about it, and they said it takes ~3 days for your account to update/for the rouge status to show up. so sorry for you!

I'm not rouge yet, but I am supposed to be $23 away from it now after my order, not $262.. I hope it fixes itself because their phones have been slammed since they opened!

oh actually, similar thing happened to me. i'm supposed to be $80 away from rouge. i placed an order that was $50, and then it told me than i'm $150 away! when i'm placing another $60 order, it won't let me add the rouge welcome kit, but i still placed the order.. my rouge status eventually updated after 3 days like what the SA said. (i just made up the numbers, but you get the idea) it's a little bit annoying...

 
My remaining balance kept going up and down for weeks whether I bought anything or not, and then I unexpectedly hit Rouge one day. I thought I was still two or three hundred bucks away.

The same exact thing happened to me when I initially became VIB Rouge. The amount I needed to spend increased after a couple of purchases. I did nothing and after 3 days when I logged in to Sephora it said I was VIB rouge and when I next ordered something online the VIB Rouge welcome kit popped up. I'm sure yours will likely resolve itself like mine did if you are unable to get through to someone on the phone. Good luck :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Hi, my name is Kristen and I spend a ridiculous amount of money on makeup... Officially made VIBR LOL.

Honestly, I'm glad I got it late in the game so I know not to expect a whole heck of a lot. I literally decided to push myself over to that status (after being $28 away) for the free shipping for a year.

i hear ya:)  just made it today and totally not expecting much just so that i don't get disappointed.  only really wanted the free shipping, so they better not cancel that one:/

I just looked at my purchase history and added it up.

Right now, there's no real difference. If you can get flash, I think that would be a better deal.

I needed to order a travel brush roll, and the MUFE travel brush cleaner (WHICH LOOKS ACTUALLY FRAGRANCE FREE OMG, NEED) and shiseido cottons were out. They came back into stock at different times, so I wound up placing three separate orders. I'm not scamming for extra tote bags or samples.

In fact, my mom came up for a visit recently and was, like, "Don't get anymore reusable grocery bags." I've never actually bought any! My mom gifted me some Baggu ones, I got some when I went on private tour and sat on a rehearsal at the Alvin Ailey Dance Company, the Nature Conservancy and Audubon Society keep sending me some... I have over a dozen bags in my trunk. They come in handy, at least I never need to use paper and plastic and can break down the 24-pack flats of Perrier into manageable trips by putting half a dozen in a bag each so I don't pull a groin trying to bring it up a flight of stairs (true story).

I have that MUFE travel brush cleaner. It's great, and I don't notice a fragrance.
 
Hey guys! I hit VIBR on Saturday through the sale. I didn't get a welcome kit which I thought was weird. The SA said I didn't get the kit because a "new reward" was coming to the stores and I could get it next time I shopped. She was very unclear about whether she meant a new welcome kit or an actual gift and when I asked her to clarify she was very unhelpful... so I guess I'll be going back soon and asking a different SA about it. I just want my shiny new card

Anyway, I finally registered for makeuptalk because I found this thread while looking for past VIBR gifts. I haven't read the entire thread, just the past couple of pages, but I can't find anything on google or here about any actual gifts having been sent out apart from the sample lipstick with the welcome kit--has there really been nothing else or am I just not finding it? I'm excited about free shipping and I shop at Sephora as opposed to Ulta or elsewhere primarily because of the point perks, so it's not like VIBR wasn't worth it for me but it seems kind of disappointing with how much I was looking forward to it when it was first launched. I have school and a job so I don't have much free time and probably will not be able to go to any events I may get invited to and I'm not a huge fan of other people touching my face so I don't think I'll be taking advantage of either of those perks; I'm sure they're great for other people, though.

I'm just wondering if I should expect anything other than free shipping?
