Have you tried pumping it repeatedly 947294 times? Sometimes air bubbles get into my perfumes if I drop them, tilt them wrong while spraying or they're just near empty, and usually trying to spray it repeatedly (50+ times) does the trick.
If that doesn't work, and the spray mechanism doesn't just all twist off like a normal cap, I would say the easiest way to get the perfume out would be to pull the cap (the part you press down on) straight up and it should come off. Then you should be able to use a syringe to extract the perfume. I haven't personally tried it before since I've always been able to get my perfumes to spray properly again - maybe some ladies here with more experience will be able to suggest an easier solution
