Also - if you qualify for rouge do you get the benefits right away? Just wondering if I'll have to spend the extra $$$ so I can order that palette! Lol.

However long it takes them to process you're account to the next level.  Some get access by the next day, and some it takes a week or two.  I don't know why it is different for people.  I only had to spend about 50$ to make Rouge once they started it last year.  I believe I got my level benefits within a day or two of making that order.  

The palette will be available in a couple/few weeks for non Rouge members.  You'd have to make Rouge level before it'll let you add the palette to your cart as it is right now.

The palette access will go out to everybody in a few weeks, Sephora claims early Oct.  So if you have a hundred or more to spend to reach Rouge, if you're mainly wanting it now for the palette, I'd say just wait, since it'll be open to everybody soon.

The hello kitty stuff is up and Im disappointed I'm not sure what I was expecting but I was underwhelmed.

Edit: and still no word in my email about it I found out about the rest of the collection being released on FB

No one answered my question: don't they usually release to vib after the rouge exclusive? I thought they did that some other time with something.. I know I'm being vague but it was somewhat recent. I just can't remember. I think rouge had it for a week then vib had it for a day before normal release? Does anyone know what I'm talking about or am I just dreaming up stuff?

No I know what you're talking about, I forget which item it was too... but I don't think they *always* do that... like some things can be VIB Rouge only and then released to everyone... some of them then trickle down to VIB's and then to the general public. Some items are just plain old exclusive to VIB Rouge, though.

Yes, this is usually how Sephora intends for it to work. But they typically have issues with timing on these kind of "rouge exclusive" things.

They did that when the sun safety kit was released and also with Give Me Some Lip set I believe. I think they were only available to Rouge first (probably 2 or 3 days if I remember correctly).

I can't bring myself to buy Hello Kitty anymore.  They pissed me off when they killed the character.. "it isn't a cat".. YES she IS! Lol.

I love Hello Kitty but I find the shadows to be chalky and have poor color payoff in the palettes.  if it goes in the clearance I will probably pick it up but not at the price they are asking for it!

I love the brush sets in the character I own at least 2 of them I think 3 and I like the different compacts I have the paris one the chrome looking one and I bought the wild set in the clearance section that had the shadows and the tiger stripe compact. I like the stuff it's just always been too expensive. I prefer the tools to the makeup though.

I have been having super crappy intermittent internet service at home lately, but the lady who asked about the "...unlock VIB ROUGE..." Purchase in your cart question it means even though you made rouge in-store but your online account still shows VIB, they are saying that purchase will make you Rouge. Free shipping and also a welcome kit will be mailed with your package. That's how I got mine. **i think this was your question!! On my phone and can't navigate as well!!
