Nope!  I still have 5 orders that haven't shipped and all were placed on the 18th.  

It really annoys me that so many of us placed orders around the same time, and some have shipping, and some of us are forced to sit here questioning if we'll get our orders at all.  (now that the blush is oos) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

I was reading their FB page and they told someone if it hadn't shipped by the end of the next day to contact them. If I contacted them for every delay they'd know my name by heart. I'm just really anxious right now because it's gone. I remember when I first hit rouge it said something along the likes of ordering a lipstick on Tues and having it by Fri date night and I'm just sitting over here laughing my butt off about some poor woman taking that seriously and having to use an old lipstick and her Sephora order showing up the next week.

Yup that's the one thing that really bothers me, when companies don't treat their customers the same throughout. It's crappy.

Okay, so I looked up their shipping info online, and it says orders are typically processed in 1 business day, Monday-Friday.  Orders have to be placed by noon EST to begin processing same day. 

I then looked up my order times (thank you ebates for recording this)... and all my orders were placed on Thursday the 18th, between 1:20 AM and 1:40 AM. So my orders should all have been processed on Thursday, latest Friday...but no, no shipping yet that I can see. 

However, I had to contact them about an order earlier last week because it was like 3 days later and no shipping info.  They told me that it has shipped (and gave a tracking number), but they are having issues with their online system showing tracking info etc.  

I think I'm going to contact them and ask about my orders, maybe they'll have tracking info again and it just isn't posting online?

I just had to write a rave review for the Sephora Solid Brush cleaner.  I'd run low on the Beauty Blender solid and came across this one so I thought I'd give it a try.  What makes it a real winner for me is the little pink silicone pad it comes with that you rub the wet and lathered up brush on.  Oh my gosh--it makes cleaning the brushes so much faster and easier. It's also oddly satisfying to see the color run out of the brushes.  Total love.

Also, I don't have my shipping email yet, but I did hear back from Sephora through Facebook-all my 5 orders not yet shipped are supposed to be packed and going out on Monday.  They assured me all my items (including the Hourglass blush palette) will be shipping Monday and I'll get them all.  So that's good at least, not so worried about the palette now.  So everybody else waiting on the tracking notice that ordered Thursday, you should probably get yours Monday too.

Speaking of the Hourglass blush palette... anybody who is on the fence about it because they might not show up on you: Go check out makeupandbeautyblog.com (not my blog).  She has a post up with the palette, swatches and on her cheeks.  They all show up on her very tan skin, which is good, they seem very pigmented.

No I know what you're talking about, I forget which item it was too... but I don't think they *always* do that... like some things can be VIB Rouge only and then released to everyone... some of them then trickle down to VIB's and then to the general public. Some items are just plain old exclusive to VIB Rouge, though.

Yes, this is usually how Sephora intends for it to work. But they typically have issues with timing on these kind of "rouge exclusive" things.

Thanks ladies, for confirming that I'm not crazy.

I guess I'll have to wait and see if they do a VIB release at all.  Seems like they may not, if they already took it down for rouge as well.

I definitely think everyone il have a chance at the Ambient blush palette. If you remember last year, the Ambient Light palette sold out in what seemed like hours, and then was out of stock for months - until they suddenly brought it "back by popular demand" and now it seems permanent. I don't even think the blush palette is LE. It stinks if you wanted it as a gift for someone and can't get it, but if you just want to use it for yourself, I really think there is nothing to worry about!

And if not Sephora, you can always try the Hourglass website, Space.NK, Net-A-Porter, I think one of the department stores carries them, not sure which one... anyways, there will be opportunity to get the blush! No cheeks will be left out! :smilehappyyes:

I looked at Temptalia's swatches and I remain unconvinced that the blush palette will work for me sadly; her face swatches tend to be pretty accurate for me, even though I am a bit darker than her
