I'm confused... what exactly did you order and what did you get?
I received the Vacationer cosmetic bag.  I ordered the High Roller makeup bag.  There is a $12.01 difference in price - the Vacationer being more expensive.  When I opened it, I thought it was wrong, but when I checked my order, it looked the same (no, I didn't go to the product page I looked at what I ordered...so that is my fault) but they look the same!  Rectangular black bag with a handle on top.  Last week I was organizing my stuff and the two bags (I had since ordered the High Roller because I WANTED that one) were side by side and I thought hmmm....so I checked out all the bags online and realized my quick glance of my order, made me miss the fact that I did get the wrong bag originally.

I called to let them know, because I wanted the High Roller (and really will prob need 3 or 4 for what I am using them for).  So in addition to paying for a new High Roller bag, they were going to charge me the difference for their error.  I just thought that was super poor taste.  Maybe I am being cheap...but I really thought that was poor taste.

So they gave you the more expensive one, you called to let them know- and order more of the smaller bags? I agree it's crappy they wanted to charge you for their error, but I probably wouldn't have bothered calling them at all and would have just ordered more bags online.

You know, I have a terrible guilty conscience...but you are right.  No one knew until I pointed it out, and I was going to offer to pay the difference anyway which is why I brought it up, and because that would have been the right thing to do, but like I said the lady was so rude, and immediately offered to charge my card so I thought, no, you can just have it back. The bag, in my opinion, is not worth much anyway - there are bags with the same open, not sectioned style for $10 at Ulta, $7 in their clearance section!

There were so many issues with the service she provided, and I'm actually sick of talking about Sephora's terrible service.  I'm done with them.  I may do an order here and there, but I've been shopping direct from brands and like that better.  I don't need all the samples etc.  I just give them away for the most part anyway. I donate a lot of what I get that I don't want to try or need myself.

The High Roller bags are to sort and store my make up brushes...two for that purpose then I'll be grabbing another two when I see a good promo I'd like, and one is to hold all the samples that I am keeping, to sort my serums by category like eye, day, overnight, and with retinol) and another one to hold all my other samples I am keeping of hand/foot cream, face cream, body cream and cleansers!

I haven't figured out exactly what to store all my hair samples in....maybe I'll grab a 5th one! LOL!

@ Do you get any subscription boxes? I use my empty boxes to store samples! They stack neatly and all have lids - makes a pretty handy storage box for jut about anything! :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

I agree.. While I don't subscribe to anything, my friend has given me a few of her glossy boxes and they're super nice! Love them for storage!

Just got a $25 e-gift card to Sephora, I cashed in my most of my points from lean cuisine. I was going through their reward catalog and 3000 points had the Sephora $25 egift cards, I've been saving my points for awhile so I desided to splurge.

So I went shopping, picked up:

Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment SPF 15 in Coral $22.50

SEPHORA COLLECTION Mini Crystal Nail File / Mini Crystal Nail File Pink on sale $5

3 Samples:

Yves Saint Laurent Fusion Ink Foundation SPF18 / samples

* (I don't know why I picked this it's the wrong color- Luckly it's out of stock and they should put something else in)

Murad Hydro-Dynamic® Ultimate Moisture / samples

CLINIQUE Moisture Surge CC Cream Hydrating Colour Corrector Broad Spectrum SPF 30 / samples

Code: FRESHLIPS

Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment SPF 15 deluxe sample

Happy to get this, I've been wanting this for awhile!

So, I'm not sure how long Lean Cuisine will have the rewards, but you might want to enter your codes if you have some!

I actually follow the instructions to make them into sample drawers! The only thing I do different is spray them to make them waterproof- in case they get dirty.

I agree with this! I use my old Birchboxes and Le Metier boxes to store everything from samples to lipsticks to spare buttons. I don't have a lot of counter space so I keep everything sorted by type in those boxes and then stacked in a drawer.

Those are so adorable! I would totally do that with mine if I had a place to put them lol. My bathroom counter is full of hair/bath stuff, my dresser has my TV, jewellery stands, and perfumes, so my makeup is relegated to a drawer in my dresser and a storage box under my bed for the time being.

That fresh lip treatment is the bomb. I just got it on my last order.

I may have to make an order using that code, how did it slip past me?! I love everything Fresh (except the Sake perfume lol). My lips are in bad shape for some reason this morning, I wish I had one of those balms with me :( /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

It's a $35 minimum purchase. What are you going to get? :D /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
I've no clue!  I just bought 2 nail polishes, a lipstick and lipgloss last night.  Figures today there is an awesome code! :( /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />  Lol.

I saw the Sephora X press pod gift tags last night, maybe I'll pick a few of those up to use on my Christmas grab bag raffle things.  I'm taking all my cool stuff I don't want or need (extra samples/gwp/full size on a few things, all makeup/beauty items), and putting them into little kits with all the unused gift/makeup bags I've collected.  Now I've got to decide to plan a game or do a number raffle so all the ladies can take these little goodies home.  Those gift tags are just so cute and fitting with the theme!

This is too cute!! I'm sending this photo to my friend who gets the glossy boxes. Maybe she can give me a few more and I can make this!
