I am trying the blush palette but my experience with hourglass is that nothing even shows up on my face
Yeah I know what you mean, I have the ambient lighting palette and I actually really like it, as dim light does a good job as a light setting powder, which is all my dry skin needs.  And I don't really want a setting powder to show up on my face so that product works for me.  For blush however, I would like that to show up on me :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

if you're rouge, VIBSHOW is one of the best promo codes I"ve seen in a while
i'm going back and forth between that and the prada luna rossa. i will be gifting all these items when i go home in december...so i'm trying to stock up on "giftable" things.... i can't decide. haha

i'm all about cream blushes now. and the ysl cream blush is the only one i use now! i might get more colors. it's so worth it! it lasts all day on me - no touchups!

Damn it, this lowly VIB needs that palette. Give it up, sephora! Don't you want my money?
Sephora commented early October on their Facebook page when asked.  That should be the "open to everybody" time frame since it is available now for Rouge.  So they claim anyways.

Thanks for the info, that seems so far away! But at this point I'm trying to decide if I even want the whole palette or just diffused heat because that's the one color that I really want... decisions need to be made at least I have time.

So sad, I just went to a sephora hoping they'd have the lip set but it wasn't in yet. They offered to order it to have it shipped to my house but I'd rather do that myself and use a code - I only went in store because I wanted to use up some birthday cash.

The people at this particular sephora are always very friendly though! :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

I got mistaken for an employee by some lady and her daughter and the mother was pissed when I walked past without helping them. I hadn't even realised she was referring to me when she said "oh here's someone!" I guess it was an easy mistake to make considering I was wearing all black and a headset lol

At least you'll be able to see swatches and reviews before shelling out the money. :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />  I should have mine sometime next week.  I'll post pics when I get it.

Is there anybody split your big shopping basket into small purchases to get more of some deluxe samples? I placed like 5 orders today with diferrent gift sets but the same promo code.

Then I just read about members being banned for placing multiple orders a day but most of those are more than a year ago so I wonder if they still have that strictly policy.

I am kind of scared of being banned now.

Lol.  My question is why you're wearing all black and a headset!? :p /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

I do it all the time.  I usually shop in spurts...few orders one day close together, several orders the next week close together, etc.  I've never had any order issues.

I just placed 6 orders yesterday (originally 5-splitting my big order up to get more promos...but then the ambient blush palette released last night and I had to get that too).  One I forgot to put a promo code in (*cries*), one was too small for a promo code, and the other 4 were between 30$-92$ price range.  And I place orders for smaller dollar items (usually from the sale section) every other week just about.. I've never been banned. :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

I don't think it is so much a problem like it was last year.  I wouldn't go around placing multiple low dollar (1-5$) orders all day, days in a row, but if you're using a promo code-you're spending at least 25$ an order, so you should be good anyways.  If there are good promo codes, I always split my orders to maximize them.  Don't worry. :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

That is how I use it too. Most the time I don't wear any foundation though and it just evens everything out so beautifully and makes me look glowy (but not like a highlighter) and pulls my look together. I think if I were to buy the Hourglass foundation I would be able to use the Ambient lighting blushes since the one I had recommended to me really counteracted my reddish skin tone therefore lightening it a couple of shades. Or using MBD sheet masks actually took all the red tone out and I was that color in a week but I don't always have a chance to use them every other day and then I went in the sun a lot.

My other option is to use it over a Tarte Cheek Stain or Darkish cream blush. I use Hot Mama over those and I am almost out of that color.

Its funny how much I want something that does not go with my skin tone, at least the colors don't look chalky on me one their own like Nars Orgasm and Hot Mama. I have until October to get over them and obsess with something else like getting a Laura Mercier palette with African Violet since I've hit the pan on my Artist Palette. Or maybe I should just go try them again to remind me that they don't show up.

I'm medium skinned and I LOOOOVE mood exposure. I got it during chic week and have been using it almost daily since! I even took it with me on several trips. And I have a LOT of blushes as I used to collect them... I find it to be the perfect daily natural blush - it's hard to mess up.

Luminous flush has been on my list for a long time.. So that palette was made for me. Tho I would have a dupe then...

Anyway so it definitely shows up on medium skin. Radiant magenta and diffused heat will show up even more. Dim infusion was a little too light for me tho - that one didn't really show up. Neither would ethereal glow. IMO the two colors in the palette are for light to medium skin tones. They're not meant to be crazy pigmented blushes tho. I have my r&r for that. But I'm lazy and rarely do a full face nowadays so I find the hg blushes to be really easy to use for that.

Also - if you qualify for rouge do you get the benefits right away? Just wondering if I'll have to spend the extra $$$ so I can order that palette! Lol.
