Can anyone please recommend a good PM moisturizer? I bought the Perricone Face Finishing Moisturizer on Sunday at the Rouge event and I'm going to return it. It's clogging my pores and making it look like I have a major blackhead problem. It's also making the skin around my nose extra oiling and I've already got a breakout from it after two nights of use. I'm going to return it. I will say it is brightening and might be working on fine lines (like my smile lines) but those benefits are not worth the oiliness and clogged pores. I'm hoping for some recos soon so I can buy on the 4x points. I have combo skin but do get some really rough dry spots so that's why I'd like to use a PM moisturizer. I use a serum and Clarins SPF in the am.
I use the Algenist Regenerative Anti-Aging lotion and love it. The cream was too heavy for me but I like the consistency of the lotion. It does have a shiny finish though (doesn't absorb as quickly as my morning Dior lotion) but I don't mind since I'm just going to bed.

I'm still trying to find my beauty go-to regimen, but I really like philosophy's Miracle Worker overnight (black jar).  I had one very micro sample tube, but with just one use, it made my face look VERY smooth, even in color, and felt sooooo soft!  I have extremely oily skin (over active sebaceous glands - excess sebum) and I tend to get super dry with medicated lotions if I don't wash off after a few minutes.  I feel the name of the product is very fitting...I have a jar in my cart as we type!!!

To clarify... I already had over 5,500 points before I made my purchases this week... some seem to think I was planning on doing all my buying this week??

I've been saving for a LONG time now.

I'm not so sure the Bite thing is worth it. It's basically just 4 lipsticks.
Four full-size lipsticks is worth it when you think that most 500pt perks are four NOT full-size products or a single full-size product and minis, including foils, and the last advertised Marc Jacobs 1000pt perk was worth only $58

Some of the 100pt perks available right now are worth a little over $6, right under $6, $3.97, $2.50, etc.

I believe the custom shade at Bite costs $34, and most Bite lipsticks are worth $28, bringing a total value of $118. Considering what you get for most point perks, not bad at all.

I don't spend nearly enough money to get these mega-perks, but when I look at points I try to not think about it in value of money spent.  Anything I buy at Sephora are things I want and would have bought even if no rewards systems exist (and probably at Sephora anyway; I detest department store counters).  I get to try fun things I might not want to spend money on outright because of my points.

Then again, I'm not in the upper tiers, I might not have that attitude if I was spending $$$.

If it's only for $1000 more dollars, that's not bad. I mean, i'd be worth more depending on where you lived... if you lived on the west coast and it included roundtrip airfare + a weekend's stay at a hotel, that's probably at least around a $500 value. And plus, you'd be getting $1000 of makeup you purchased on top of that.

Speaking of which, going to china is so expensive. u__u I'm going with a group of friends so lots of money is going to be spent, and I'm also going to see relatives for 2-3 days, so I want to bring them something nice like, Coach bags and designer perfumes. Just the presents is going to be $400 if I'm lucky (but they've been helping to take care of my mom so it's justified). And I'm planning trips to France with the bestie for the next two years... One just to hang out with her while she does her grad program and one where we're going to Euro 2016 together probably (hahahhaa ... football...problems... and we're cheering for Germany... in France). Why is having interests so expensive??? sobs. I could probably have paid off quite a bit of my student loans if I weren't going to HK, but I want to goooo

It depends if you are actually going to use all the colors. You only get to pick 1 color of the 4.

I really like the Korres Sleeping Facial.  The one I've used is the Vitamin C/Rose Brightening one, I have combo skin that goes really dry in the winter and its moisturizing enough for the winter but not too heavy for the summer.  I think I'm on my 3rd or 4th jar of this.  Oddly, I don't think I've tried any other korres products, just this one.

Thank you all for the response! I think I'm leaning towards the Algenist one based on the sephora.com reviews. The Korres one also sounds interesting but some of the reviews say it's oily and heavy - do you disagree?

Omg can I hide in your luggage for Euro 2016?! I'm a Holland fan though, womp womp. But yeah, I hear ya on expensive travels... I just got back from NYC and I'm leaving for Montreal on Friday and coming back Monday... And leaving for Vancouver next Saturday. I don't know how the planning for that one worked out or why Canada has invaded my life lol. I just went to the mall during my lunch break to convert some USD to Canadian $ and of course I couldn't resist buying some clothes too.

Still, when most of the 100pt perks are only worth a couple of dollars, it's more worth it IMO- you can trade them for something of equal value

I get what you're saying, but I still compare values. For example, if there are two 100pt perks I want, I'm going to go for the one that's a better value than $2.50.

I always get a bonus with every purchase and then the 100pt perks too. So I feel okay about the points program. I rarely get a 500pt perk, I prefer 5 100's then 4 in a 500. I feel like I've found quite a few products that I like and repurchase because of the 100pt ers.

500pt perks I loved: Fresh and Urban Decay

100pt perks I loved: Tarte Cheek Stain, Tarte Bronzer, Anastasia Brow Gel, Clinique Chubby Stick, Philosophy Facewash, Dr. Brant's micro scrub and pores no more...and a few I'm sure I'm forgetting

I don't love the pores no more, but it was something I was going to purchase.

I like the clarins multiple active night cream. I just recently finished up a sample and my skin has been do much better since. Maybe I should buy it now during the points promo.. Thanks for the reminder.

Ok the Clarins has EXCELLENT reviews. Now I'm tempted to buy that one.... Anyone has experience with this one versus the Algenist lotion to say how you feel about each?

I got my sephora order in that I made to use the lip code (was afraid it would run out) before 4x points started.

Am so excited that the 4 UD revolution lip samples are different than the 4 packs previously!  Maybe now I can narrow down which one I want to buy!

Is the lippie code still working?

Not to confuse you any more, but this moisturizer is amazing... I get whiteheads SO EASILY from moisturizers but also have dry skin, and this makes my skin feel so soft and smooth and REALLY moisturized without feeling heavy, and it NEVER gives me whiteheads or pimples or the like.

Oh laaawwwd all 8 (I broke them up for maximum code-usage) of my packages came today, I was in overload! Two disappointments: The Kat Von D Studded Kiss Lipstick in Lovecraft looks way more brown on me than the same shade in the Painted Love lipstick, and I accidentally orded the wrong shade in the Dior Fluide, though I LOVE the formula.

Their shipping has been ON-POINT. One day!? I saw someone say to someone else that it's because we're in Las Vegas, but before about three weeks ago, even with my Flash shipping, it would take my packages 4 days to get to me. I don't know what changed, but I love it!

Thanks for the rec! That one looks good.. I wonder if I have a sample to try of it. It's a lot cheaper than the clarins so I'm tempted.
