I still haven't figured out how to do this on mobile though... Any suggestions? All the info seems to be for the main site and I'm finding mobile really hard to use.

Ugh mobile is terrible, I can only find things if someone commented or liked a post I made....wonder how long before it's useable?

Did anybody here get the new Dior Fluid Stick sample card with a recent order?  What were your thoughts on it, if you've tried it?

I'm wearing Wonderland today and I absolutely love it. It's ridiculously gorgeous and comfortable. I think I'm going to buy it if a good GWP comes along. If anyone has experience with Dior Fluid Sticks vs. YSL Glossy Stains I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Help ladies! What are your favorite SPF moisturizers? I got the sun safety kit specifically to try out SPF moisturizers and have not had much luck this week trying them out.

Monday - The Origins had me itching all day long :-(

Tuesday - The Peter Thomas Roth is so thick and greasy. I felt like I was shiny & greasy all day.

Today - Wearing the Ole Henriksen. This feels sooooo sunscreeny. I feel like it's filmy/peeling off. It's kind of gross. I feel like it looks like my skin is flaking off (basically, worse than no moisturizer at all).

I'm hoping to have luck with some of the other products but in case I don't - curious as to what y'all's favorite SPF Moisturizers are. So far I feel like these are all basically just face sunscreens, they don't feel like a good moisturizer. I wish Ole Henriksen's Sheer Transformation had SPF in it :-( I need some SPF for summer (and let's be honest, I should really have it all year long).

In my experience (and extensive research) if you're serious about SPF protection it's best to use a SPF-specific product rather than a dual-purpose moisturizer/SPF, foundation/SPF, etc. I use moisturizer first and after ~3 minutes I put on sunscreen. There are a lot of great sunscreens that can function as a oil-controlling primer. They are typically from Asia and usually have a more liquidy texture than we're used to in the US. I am partial to Biore UV Face Milk but I wouldn't recommend it for dry skin.  Shiseido sunscreen is great as a primer and conveniently sold at Sephora considering that's the thread we're in. :D /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> Elta MD also gets a lot of love from makeup lovers who are serious about sun protection.

If you're not actually relying on the moisturizer to protect your face from the sun, then a moisturizer/SPF could fit your needs! Just remember that SPF doesn't "stack" -- if you're wearing SPF 40 sunscreen and SPF 15 moisturizer, that isn't equal to SPF 55. Sorry this was longer than I intended and probably more than you were looking for. :p /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

I guess I should have been more specific. I'm looking for SPF more than moisturizer. I just want an SPF that is wearable (which I thought I would have found in a moisturizer SPF). I want something that is not greasy or thick but offers sun protection! I don't usually wear makeup aside from my eyes on a regular basis so I don't want a makeup primer or anything like that - just a wearable, non-greasy, non-shiny SPF.

Shiseido SPF (in the blue bottle) or Biore UV Face Milk are my favorite because they don't have a sunscreen smell and don't leave me greasy at all but still provide excellent sun protection. They're not made to be a makeup primer, but work well for that too. :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> Good luck, I hope you find something you love!

The Shiseido was also in the sun safety kit so I will try it tomorrow. I almost used it today but then I switched it for the Ole (because I love all other Ole products I've tried). Hopefully it's better!

. I've been using this moisturizer with SPF from paulas choice and I really like it! I am linking through birchbox, that's where I got it from.. I will say that it made me itchy the first time I used it. Since then, I have been putting a light layer of regular moisturizer on and then a few min later (post teeth brushing) I put this on. No more itchy. I have combo/oily skin.. I wonder if there is a sample you can order from Paulas website. http://www.birchbox.com/shop/paulas-choice-resist-super-light-daily-wrinkle-defense-spf-30

not sure what kind of skin you have - but i hate stuff that doesn't feel like it sinks in!  I really like this one from Murad - it's only SPF 20 though, not sure what you're looking for

I also really like the Peter Thomas Roth Clinical Skincare Max Sheer Day Moisture Defense Lotion and Lancome Bienfait Multi-Vital SPF 30.  The PTR is especially non greasy.  Both of these are sold at Sephora

So my schedule changed to this afternoon vs. this morning...which means I got the time to play with my Dior fluid samples this morning!  I didn't want to bust the seals and end up wasting the samples the other day (I'm a nanny to a boy who is in the phase of sticking his fingers all up in my mouth when he gets the chance, so lip products need to be non transfer like the ysl stains etc).

I really liked Mirage and Adventure.  Pandore was great until it faded away to a weird pink several hours later.  I'm not into the Wonderland color included.  I ended up buying Mirage and Adventure in full size today.

I've managed to collect 10 glossy stains since last summer (don't tell my husband, LOL).  The two are nothing alike.  The glossy stains go on like a lacquer gloss, with just the slightest bit of tack, and stay glossy for 4-6 hours even with light eating/drinking etc, sometimes longer depending on how much/which color you've got on.  They dry down on average about 6 hours after application, and leave a light stain to the lips and still feel moisturized.  I can usually apply in the morning when I do my makeup and not need to touch up my lips until dinner time, and then at that point I don't usually apply more unless I'm going out.  They are expensive, but because you don't need to apply a lot/multiple times, the cost isn't so bad.  They last forever.  The glossy stains have a much stronger/fruitier scent to them vs. the fluid sticks.  I really like how the glossy stains don't leave a ring around my lips as they wear, and have never faded unevenly.  They also don't dry my lips out.

The fluid sticks felt more like a regular/pigmented gloss upon application, with a much faster dry down time.  The gloss only lasted me about 2 hours, and then it was more like a liquid lipstick with a soft sheen for another 2 hours, and a matte stain for the following hour or so.  I liked how they wore evenly and didn't leave any ring around my lips, and they didn't dry out my lips.  I hate how they transfer onto anything and everything...but they don't feather/bleed so at least that's a plus.

I love the ysl glossy stains way more than the dior fluid sticks, the transfer issue is my biggest peeve on lip products, but I do really like the fluid sticks.  I'm thinking of picking up a light pink fluid stick in the near future, but I think based on swatches online I've got the two most interesting to me.  I might just get the Bite Beauty Rose lipstick in Damask though... tough decision!

Nobody asked...but the Mirage fluid stick is basically the same as the Bite Beauty Rose lipstick in Centifolia.  I LOVE this lipstick formula, sooo much better than Bite's original formulas, and Centifolia is a gorgeous peachy color.  Dior's mirage was the perfect color dupe in a gloss form, and looked great layered over Centifolia as well.

I did find it kind of odd that the sample packs of the fluid sticks were all so close in color.  I'd have been nicer to have a lighter pink or a deeper purple color included.

The only sunscreens that actually work (what a concept, lol) and don't feel like a Banana Boat mask or grease ball an hour later for me are Shiseido's Ultimate Sun Protection Cream spf 50 and Soopergoop's city sunscreen serum.

I don't know what it is about sunscreen, but everything I've tried since I was a little kid has either not worked a darn on my skin and left me burnt more than if I'd gone bare, or has given me breakouts beyond belief, clogged pores, white mask halos, made me hot and itchy and like my skin can't breathe.
