Luster has shimmer, the regular Tint is sheer with no shimmer.

yep, like those.. I didn't get that set by I've done others. /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> They seem to do a new one every few months.. Usually an exclusive product and then regulars. When it is the Today Special Value, the set is even cheaper (usually $60).

Is this really true? I ordered this last week since it was a huge deal and received the soap version of the set. The set with the large bottle of eau is out of stock and will likely never be in stock according to the CS rep I spoke to. She asked me to ship it back for a refund, which I am more than willing to do.

They can ask you to return it and thats up to you but they cannot charge you for it if you decide to keep it.

Same thing happened to me.

The sample was more beige with copper shimmer, and the full size I ordered started out really red.  Like it went on beige, then turned really red.  I gave it about a week, and now when I put it on it is more beige like the sample, but not really any of that coppery color.

I decided I liked how it looks now, so I'm going to keep it, but next time I'm in store I'm going to check out the display of this color.  I'm wondering if the sample was mislabeled on that color.  There is a blogger who swatched the collection on skin and her lips, I need to go find that and see how it was for her.

I also have an unopened sample of the color...thinking of taking that with me to compare against the display too, see if it really was mislabeled or if the full sizes were bad batches even.

Also, try swirling the brush around inside the tube a lot for a few days.  Since it has shimmer, maybe they are just "stuck" in the bottle more than the sample.  (if you haven't done this already that is.) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Glad I'm not the only one. I am pretty sad about this. I really want that coppery color! Not that the one I received is bad, per say, it's just not as good. Please let me know if you go to the store and figure out if its another color (also if you find that blog link). I was thinking of going to the store too but getting there is pretty hard for me since i'm at my office nearly 24-7.

I hope #103 comes like the sample because I REALLY liked that color.... I tried it and ordered it later so it should come sometime this week.

i'm wondering the same thing.  i also ordered it a few days ago and they asked me to send it back (which is fine, although if i'm technically entitled to keep it, i sure would like to!)

i thought glossy stains have a reputation for changing color after you apply it..? generally it gets darker than in the tube.

We are referring to the straight-out-of-the-tube color, before it even hits your lips. It looks completely different in the tube window and on the wand...
