So hilariously, I'm still sitting on two $10 Sephora GC I just end up not using. Because I don't get the cash back from ebates, and it was 10% today, so this actually ended up costing me less than $25! Can anyone teach me the secret of getting multiple bday gifts into the cart? *whistles* PM please

Ok, maybe I didn't recall the conditions because I generally always spend more than $50 when I shop, though as rouge I do place much smaller orders. I'm not an 'easy' customer like the woman who was banned. I call when there are issues, I return things if there are problems or things arrive broken or missing, I have called just to complain about the fact that Rouge doesn't offer enough perks to make it worth getting there. I get there by default because I'm a Sephora addict. I do split orders to get better rewards because I figure if I spend thousands of dollars they won't miss a few extra perks. Truly. It makes no sense to me that they are blackballing VIBR customers, who does that to their top spending clients?

I'm really sorry this has happened to you... If you returned used items which you had the receipts to, I wouldn't even blaming you. Talking to people who work in Sephora, they say sometimes people return things with only 10% of the product left or less and they still have to give them full discounts. I wouldn't blame you even if you did, considering how they are treating you.

BUT, I refuse to abandon my morals to seek revenge. I believe returning all my unused items will more than send a message that I am unhappy! (though I still think of it every now and then about returning the used items.... /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />....... One friend told me that she doesn't think my $1000 would hurt Sephora. I told her it probably won't, but if 10 members spend $1000 less per year at Sephora, it's $10 000, and if 100 members, then $100 000. You get the picture. The amount adds up quickly. We have heard quite a number of people getting banned and others who are upset and says they will shop elswhere. If Sephora keeps this up, it would most definitely hurt their bottom line.

I used my Groupon 10$ gift card and I still received 10% back from ebates from the total.  I'm not sure how it worked but I spent 50$ plus tax on black friday and I used the 10$ gift card but I still received 5$ back from ebates.  I thought they would have only given me 4$ because the gift card meant I only really spent 40$ but nope.

gift card counts as if you made a purchase with it so even if your order is $50 and your GC was $10 and you only paid $40 out of pocket, ebates gives you the 10% of the $50 since GC counts as a payment.

Well make sure you can find the items at other stores because I know some of the items were limited or exclusive to Sephora. I say this because some of those items that you have for gifts may be difficult to find. Most of us were under the impression you kept your receipts. Thx for the tip! Fortunately, other than the Sephora opi polishes I can't get, most items are available at other stores. But, I won't miss the polishes as I got a million of them already and I can buy regular opi ones pretty much anywhere.

Also, since they are gifts, I can choose another gift if I can't find it. I'm sure my family and friends won't mind! The only positive thing is that I bought the Ciate nail set for my friend for xmas, but after I return it, I can buy the Chanel set at Nordstrom for her! I'm sure she'll like the Chanel more!

It was in my past purchases, you know where you can reorder items from past purchases or samples you've tried. I clicked the button and I was able to get 5 =) One in each order..

I actually think it's possible to return all of those items at once. I've heard of large returns without receipts before totaling in about the same amount. It does suck for the store you return it to, but granted how much they sell per month it's not as significant as you would think. You would likely be flagged for returns and unable to return after that for a while.

I agree with both you and your friend and am interested in seeing how this will pan out because on BT and here there are quite a few disgruntled members. I'm sure there are more that aren't on the forums. 

I wanted to order a few things that were online exclusives, but now I am scared to frankly. I think I am going to wait for the Naked 3 and call it a day... we shall see though. I have had my frustrations shopping at Nordstrom before. I heard Beauty.com and drugstore.com are good options. What do you guys think?

I've just become a VIB!! I guess i'm dumb but i never realized the great promos and codes available. I've always just purchased from Sephora in store. I'm planning on buying a Clarisonic and the Sephora Gel nail kits. What are the best codes and samples available right now? I'm reading through the thread but it seems like there are so many different things available.

So far these are the codes i've found. If i'm understanding correctly you can only use 1 code per order? What would you recommend that i use

How were you able to get a total of $24.00?  The max was buy $50.00 and get $20.00 off, so it should have been at least $30.00....unless they didn't enforce the 50.00 rule.

I think they enforce it in store but can't really online since it acts like a gc. I think a few people were able to get their friends' bi cards and stack them last year even be the new site allows for multiple gc... limited at two now I think.

If you use the $20 VIB card (which I have yet to receive) and you have to return an item/items, what happens? Does the $20 card get credited like a gift card or do you essentially lose the $20 because it was more of a promo code.

Am I making sense?

I ask because I want to try a couple of lipsticks and I'm not sure of the colors but I don't want to lose out on the $20.

Well I'm frustrated! 

I just bought this kit for $159, it comes with a nail color of your choice.

I placed my order and then noticed that I was actually charged for the nail color. So I call customer service to be told that they way it works online is that the nail color is added as a promotional code. So when I checked out and entered my 10% off code from the VIB welcome packet it voided out the free nail color. So I've now paid for the nail color thats supposed to be included in the nail kit for free. The rep said that there is nothing that she can do, and oh she'll add 100 points for my trouble. Which is nice, but I've now paid $17.50 for a nail polish that's included in the gel colour system and is supposed to be free. I'm pretty frustrated with the reps lack of concern or willingness to help me get back the $17.50 that I paid
