This may have been addressed already, but do we get the $20 VIB codes in an email, or just in the mail? I think mine got sent to my future address since I changed it to my shipping address for my last purchases but I won't actually be there till the end of the month. What should I do? This also reminds me that my 10% off code for making VIB is also at my  new place..all signs that I should move there ASAP! haha

I dont worry to much if i dont recieve the coupon in the mail sephora has never sent me my coupon over the mail i always end up getting it through email

Yeh I've never received snail mail from sephora- which is fine by me! But I haven't gotten an email yet. Oh we'll- you've got two days, sephora, before I UNLEASH THE BEAST. =p

My VIB $20 "gift card" showed up but has a catch this year, you have to spend $50, last year it was a purchase equal to that of the gift, and unconditional, plus there is no additional percentage off which I was truly hoping for. I think Sephora has become complacent with us and doesn't feel the need to do much. It's frustrating. I had a saleswoman at Sephora the other day gasp and say I was her first Rouge customer and was it as awesome as they advertise and I told her frankly no, that I just happen to love Sephora so shop there anyway. But it is frustrating when you spend +2K and get a card that has conditions.

Well make sure you can find the items at other stores because I know some of the items were limited or exclusive to Sephora. I say this because some of those items that you have for gifts may be difficult to find. Most of us were under the impression you kept your receipts. I hope you have a better experience elsewhere :heart:  

Thx for the tip! Fortunately, other than the Sephora opi polishes I can't get, most items are available at other stores. But, I won't miss the polishes as I got a million of them already and I can buy regular opi ones pretty much anywhere. /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> Also, since they are gifts, I can choose another gift if I can't find it. I'm sure my family and friends won't mind! The only positive thing is that I bought the Ciate nail set for my friend for xmas, but after I return it, I can buy the Chanel set at Nordstrom for her! Just to add my .02 to the discussion, I don't blame you for wanting to return everything you've purchased, I'd be very tempted to do the same thing. I order multiples of things that I love, and gift a lot plus keep stuff for when my faves run out. Knock wood I'm never banned, I'd be distraught. Plus, it's insane when you think of how much we spend! I am so sorry this happened to you. I would choose a Sephora I don't particularly like, (there is one in my area that is less than stellar) and return there if I were going to return that much stuff. Most of the stores do a large enough business that a thousand dollars is just a drop in the bucket for them. Especially the larger mall stores. I haven't read everything so perhaps I shouldn't be commenting but I do think there Is no reason why you can't return everything at once if you've already been banned and have all of your receipts. Most of what you purchased can be repurchased at Ulta or the like anyway. You were being loyal to Sephora and you don't have to anymore. It also seems worrisome to post online sometimes because you have to think that Sephora is stalking these boards, I know posting like this makes me nervous, but it's the right thing to do, we have to support each other. But I also know I would be here if I had a cosmetics company lurking to see what everyone is saying. Wouldn't you?

It says just the eyeliner, but looks like there's a mini eyeshadow palette too (????). If that's true, it's totally worth the 100pts but I don't want to waste 100pts to find out XD

I got the Formula X system (w/a polish), $10 Cover FX Setting Powder, VIPSPREE perk, and Katy Perry 100 pt perk. The total was only $24!

It does suck for the store you return it to, but granted how much they sell per month it's not as significant as you would think. Yes, but since I think since she plans on taking her business elsewhere, it wouldn't matter since Sephora banned her in general anyway.

You go. LOL. I'm behind you 100%. I'm really sorry this has happened to you... If you returned used items which you had the receipts to, I wouldn't even blaming you. Talking to people who work in Sephora, they say sometimes people return things with only 10% of the product left or less and they still have to give them full discounts. I wouldn't blame you even if you did, considering how they are treating you.

 actually, last year they had two sales - the 20% off AND the $20 off of $50. which is the same two sales as this year.

those were two different promos. the "gift card" one was $20 off $50 last year and there was also the 20% off whatever you want. i remember the promos happened pretty much back to back - like this year.
