I have seen a few people post that they got some really good samples from MAKE Cosmetics. Does anyone know where to email them? I cannot find an email address or even a Website for them :/

I got the target sample of the Essie apricot oil today.
I haven't received mine yet...is it a nice sized sample?

It's a foil on a card it came in a flat envelope so not a very big sample at all maybe enough for one mani maybe 2 if used sparingly and re-potted.  it did come with a coupon for I think $2 off Essie stuff  I'm going to hit up target tomorrow with that and the coupon from their Fail sample box.

I just received a really nice sample set from Macadamia. There were six samples in a cute little bag. Very usable to try their products

This isn't a sample, but it's beauty related so I thought I would share.

If anyone has an Android or has Google Chrome on their computer, the Google Play store has a free annual subscription to Stylist magazine.  I just "purchased" it, and its a good magazine on everything related to makeup, fashion, etc.

I just changed from an iPhone to an Android, so I've been playing around in the Google Play store and came across the free magazine.  There are tons of others with free 14 and 30 day trials too.

Target sample spot has Lysol Touch of Foam samples but it's only available to people in certain areas

I just started emailing companies for samples after seeing this thread (I've been reading MUT for awhile but just created an account for posting today!) the other day and I have already gotten positive replies from quite a few companies! I'm not thrilled with my current skincare, haircare, and beauty routines, so I devoted a couple hours on Monday evening to sending out sample requests, and hopefully I find my new HG products. I haven't actually received anything yet (as it's just been a couple of days), but these are the companies that I got positive responses from:

Elemental Herbology

Juice Beauty

Sabon

Jane Iredale

Paula's Choice

Gabriel Cosmetics

REN

Chloe (for perfume)

Jurlique

Macadamia

EmerginC

Original Sprout

Murad

Skin by Monica

Acure

Archipelago

Shankara

Uberliss

Erno Laszlo

DermOrganic

Hermes

Eve Lom

Oribe

Malin and Goetz

Caudalie

Living Proof

Wei East

Dr Hauschka

Skyn Iceland

Actifirm

vbeaute

L'Occitane

Whew! Quite the list! My mailbox is going to be very exciting in a week or so, thanks to you ladies for giving me the idea :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Hi! I have been reading this forum for forever but this is the first time saying anything! I got inspired after reading about all the wonderful samples you guys have been getting, so I tried to see if I would be able to get some of my own. I just started last week and this is what I have gotten so far. Not to mention I am waiting on about 25 to 30 other samples that were promised to me!

These are from Murad. They let me pick 3 out of a list they had.

These are from Paula's Choice. They are for sale on their site, but I wrote a nice email and got them for free! Very generous :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

These are from red flower. The body wash leaked a little...it smells good!

I got all these in one day. They are from Dr. Hauschka, Thymes, Mrs. Myers and Caldrea. Caldrea also sent me packets of their new body lotion and I just saw that some people are getting the same packets in their Birchboxes. I wasn't one of them, so I'm glad I got them free directly through Caldrea!

Well, I just got my mail today! Wow...thats all I have to say  :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Here is John Masters and Macadamia.

This is DermOrganic, Ren, vbeaute and NIA24

So excited about these! Jane Iredale. One of everything!

Aubrey

Thia was so nice to get! These are from glo - professionals. They sent me tons of packets from their skin care line, a couple of things from their hair care line, and stuff from their makeup line. For the makeup, I got 4 powder foundation sample, 5 liquid foundation samples and 4 lip gloss samples. Woohoo - happy dance!

This is what I got today. Keeps rolling in!

Malin+Goetz, Oscar Blandi, Naturopathica and Juice Beauty

This is a sample of cream rouge from Besame. Very pretty!

WOW... That's a lot of stuff! I'm kind of lazy to write to so many companies, I write only those that really really interest me. 1-3 per week at most :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Yeah its a lot, lol! I have really sensitive skin, so I'm always looking for new skin care. And I have 2 teenage daughters...it all gets used. Its so addicting too!

Thanks for sharing that! You've got a lot of testing to do. Lol

Yes I do! I never knew that you could get samples directly from companies like this. I started all this just a week and a half ago and I even got more today...will post a pic later. I just wrote all the places that everyone on here got a yes from. You guys did all the hard work for me!  :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />  So it wasn't too bad. I wrote a nice letter and just copied and pasted the same message to all of them. I got a few no's, a lot of yes's and some didn't reply yet. Some never replied, but I got samples in the mail anyways. And even a couple said no, then sent some a long. So its fun to see what I will end up with. My daughters are having fun, and they are calling dibs on a lot of the haircare! I'm having fun with some of the makeup samples I got. Never thought I'd get some makeup. I'm loving the Jane Iredale makeup and I'm planning on some full sized purchases once I have my new beauty budget. Finding some things I really love, and I guess thats the point!

How did you get Besame to send you a sample? I wrote to them requesting a few samples (which I would pay for) because they haven't had their sampler set available for purchase since March and they said, and I quote "We aren't sending samples to anyone. Any samples you see listed on blogs or reviews were received in 2011 or 2012." Obviously this is not the case.
