I can't find where to RSVP...I logged in too.  The link you provided just takes me to the Sephora home page. I swear I am on some 'list' somewhere to keep me away from all of the good deals!! LOL!

I typed the above, then thought I'd try the link again...now I KNOW I'm on a 'bad girl' list!!! I get an error message that says:

  • Your entry doesn’t match any of our VIB Rouge members. Please try again.
EDIT:  I'll update shortly, I'm on hold with Sephora's Rouge hotline.  They are checking into my 'issue' and can't seem to find the event...I had to read the entire browser address...I wonder, are you ladies in Canada???

When I clicked the link it also took me to the Sephora home page.  I wish the event was on a Sunday though.  I don't think it'll be able to make it on a Wednesday.  I also don't see how it can be a 'private' shopping event during regular stores hours.

The VIB Rouge line just said to call the store and reserve my spot.  I don't know if I want to go to Arden or to Roseville...The last Rouge event I went to Roseville, but I'm at Arden more...so I suppose if I want the employees to 'get to know me' as a regular, I should maybe go to Arden...but I went there for the Smashbox event and that was a DISASTER....hmmm....anyway that is my update. Maybe I'll go to both events!  I'll be at one at 7pm - and get to the other one by 8:30!! LOL!!

 
Thanks for the heads up! I RSVP'ed to Sephora Venetian, as per usual, although I was mightily tempted to go to Summerlin. The women in Summerlin tho... I don't know if it would be any fun to go there. Plus I love the girls at The Venetian. (And I can gamble when I'm done. Win/win! :D /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />)

 
I registered, but I'm not really sure why...I mean, it says below that this isn't a closed event (regular shoppers will be there too). Obviously you'd have to be VIB rouge to get the discount, but I'm sorry, it's a little bizarre to make us RSVP when just anyone could be shopping there at the same time.

 
Mine will end up being about a week this time. I ordered on the 23 and it shipped yesterday it will come the 29th.  I try to tell myself it's free but it gets slower and slower each order.

 
I just posted a rant on their FB page...no emails, no 3 day shipping, no rouge registration...tell me again why I am still ordering with Sephora?? Also, I read through a bunch of posts on their FB page and I'm not the only one getting items that have been used/swatched. This transition to the new distribution system/centers is really hurting them. Not that they care. I gave my FF code away, but am coveting my Ulta 20% off codes!! I used one already, got one in the mail, and was given a third! Who-hoo!

 
It's been more like 5-9 day shipping for me now. I feel like it takes them longer to pack up and send the items, which is part of the issue. I also wrote a rant on their FB page. Does anyone else feel like if you post on their FB page, other people will respond and attack your comments with incorrect information?

I finally just emailed them, and after writing in multiple times I received an answer that said my packages took a long time because I had ordered nail polish, which "is a hazardous material". I ordered nail polish many times before and never had it take so long, which I asked them to address in my email, and they did not.

I also said they should add to the Rouge free day shipping policy to state that it could take longer if you're "ordering hazardous material". No response on that. Thumbs down for the Sephora customer service.

 
A freaking Wednesday night, are you kidding me?? And that's my anniversary, don't really want to spend it at Sephora. Does anyone know if Rouge gets early access to the sale online?

 
I posted this to FB this morning:  

I am no longer getting 3 day shipping as a VIB Rouge customer. I am no longer getting emails except for order & shipping confirmations, and I cannot register for the Rouge event on Nov. 5th because your registration system doesn't recognize me as a Rouge customer. I've posted on here once regarding the email issue, and yesterday I called the Rouge Hotline for the email and Rouge registration issues. Neither have been corrected. The nice Rouge phone associate offered to connect me to a store so I could register, but that is not the point. I have paid for my status, and I want the service I expect. When you updated your website to post exactly how much money we spend with you - you remind us VIBR's why we are VIBR's and that that comes with benefits. Please - honor the benefits you claim I should have.

Yeah, the timing is always going to be odd for some people.  I know I saw several people complaining that the Sunday AM events conflicted with their church hours, etc.  Are you sure you want to miss out on a free bracelet and tote bag?????? I'm not seeing this as an amazing promotion....instead of a makeup bag of foil samples, a bracelet? I guess this is what happens when people complain, they are trying something new.  I know many others were underwhelmed with the past store events.    

I cannot find any information about the online sale anywhere really, just the rsvp here on MUT.

And yeah, who wants a bracelet???? Knowing Sephora it will probably be a cheap one you can buy for 50 cents from a vending machine :rolleyes:

I use to live in that area I like the Roseville one better but I was a regular at the Arden one because it was nice to have a Sephora and an Ulta so close

On the invitation they specify it will be a Shashi bracelet, so hopefully it will be cute? They have some pretty bracelets that I really love.
