I have super sensitive break out prone skin, and FAB is my life saver. It never feels greasy and never gives me any issues.I do have the ultra repair cream but I remember it being rich and I'll take scaly over giant acne any day
Edit of course I say that and my face is awful today flaking everywhere FAB here I come.
If I turn into a giant pimple I'm blaming you /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
When you're on the checkout screen click 'select' on Beauty Insider Rewards. It should come up as an option to add on!Is there a direct link for the birthday gift? I had it in my cart waiting, then when flash became available, I just grabbed that, so it removed it from my cart. Now it won't even give me the option to add it back in now that I have a tangible order to place /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> I JUST WANT MY FREE NARS SEPHORA!
I have the same conundrum right now. It seems silly to renew it now when I won't be buying anything from Sephora for a while. Plus Flash makes small purchases too easy and tempting (currently eyeing a 15$ item). But what if Flash isn't available when my no buy is over? I wish they would make an announcement that Flash was a thing they'll be offering from now on.I'm debating if I want to renew my Flash right now... I think it's useful, but I'm on a no-buy for quite a while and having the option is always sorely tempting. I don't want to lose the option to renew, but maybe this will prevent me from hoarding stuff XD But I don't want to give up the option for flash...i just don't want it to waste away for 6 months while i'm not buying so i can use up what I already have. What to do :X
It's not true that I know of! Maybe things are changing?!? Finger crossies hahahaUmmm...so you work at SiJCP right? I heard an employee at SiJCP tell a customer they could order into the store for them...first is heard of it and it was about two weeks ago or so.
1. Is this new?
2. Is this true? (Ok this question should prob be #1 hahaha)
3. Can't you order through work (even if not true for customers) since you work there?
4. Don't you get like mountains of gratis every month? (Ok this one is totally none of my business but I'm sooooo curious!)
The store manager at Ulta asked me to apply there, and I did, and never heard back. Now I don't see her there anymore, and she recently had twins so maybe she isn't there anymore (she was back after the twins, but now I don't see her at all) but she said they get so much free stuff it's insane. That's my dream right now, to have a second job around makeup and be on a gratis list!! I keep hinting to Algenist that I would be their brand rep if they'd let me, I don't want to be paid, I just want free products for me and my 300 MUT friends, and to spread the word that their products WORK!!
Not sure if I mentioned this before, but I turned a Lancôme brand rep onto Algenist because I was sharing pics of my before and after. She caught me loading up on foil samples, so I cried poor and showed her my pics. She then, too, grabbed a handful of samples herself!! I ran into her again a couple weeks ago, and she recognized me and told me she was starting to notice an improvement with her wrinkles too! Lol!!
the code should have a number then R or Y and then a number like 2Y07I need foundation help again. I purchased the Hourglass Illusion which on some days I like and others I feel I look awful aka older. I got a great color match from the Sephora SA so, I have been happy about that. However, if I build coverage, I look like the tin man. I feel like it highlights big pores and my fine lines. I have used primer, no primer (looks the best), used a brush, blender, fingers, etc. A few times, it looks so nasty, I have removed and started over. So, I have really given this a chance. Today, I mixed it with my Estee lauder daywear light foundation to get the coverage without the spotlight on my aging/big pore areas. it looks good but, I would rather keep looking. I don't mind trying foundations.
Anybody love their foundation? I could go back and see what has been mentioned before but, I am lazy.
I didn't get color IQ matched at Sephora. But, I noticed on my purchase history, there is a color IQ number from the Hourglass purchase (1Q06). Has this helped anyone buy foundation on line?
Oops I did type it wrong there - its 1Y06.the code should have a number then R or Y and then a number like 2Y07
If it makes you feel better, I have placed multiple orders back to back to use a good promo. Six in one day, within an hour I think, was the most. All orders at or very close to $25 so I could get the promo. I've easily done 20 orders in a week a few times too, but that was when I had things to order, now I shop from my loves list, or for replacements but only for a code or something I have to get there, otherwise I'm shopping Ulta. Or my third new favorite retailer, L'Occitane. Not just because of the contest (package due any day!) but also the more I sample from my stash, the more I love their stuff. And their products smell better than any others I've tried. Their immortelle foaming face wash is the best. Stuff. EVER!! And their almond cleansing oil (body wash) is equally perfect. The amount of foam, cleaning ability, and moisturizing factor are all pluses on an already 100% thumbs up product based on smell alone...win, win, WIN!!ARGH! I am going to need to restrain myself from ordering tiny amounts of things all the time.
I keep looking at the sales page and thinking, "Why yes, I do need a 15th bottle of gray nail polish or a backup liquid eyeliner." I totally don't want to be flagged for abusing free shipping, when really what would be happening is a total loss of self control and giving in to impulse buying!
I'm on a no/low buy as well, but the way I saw it was I will be using this a ton at the end of the year for Christmas and during the percentage off and gc events. So for me, even though I might now use it much now, it will more than pay for itself by the end of the year.I have the same conundrum right now. It seems silly to renew it now when I won't be buying anything from Sephora for a while. Plus Flash makes small purchases too easy and tempting (currently eyeing a 15$ item). But what if Flash isn't available when my no buy is over? I wish they would make an announcement that Flash was a thing they'll be offering from now on.
