Because I'm neutral I can wear R or Y with no problems but I am always, always 1R02 or 1Y02, so I think the color I.Q. is pretty accurate when done right!

As for gratis, there are girls on YouTube who do Sephora Gratis Unboxings, so urk... I think people know already. The girls at my Sephora talk about it like it ain't no thang so to hear that it is supposed to be on the dl is strange.

When I worked for a cosmetics company we had a lot of gratis, but it was all brand specific to your particular division, so you didn't really know about tons of cool stuff from other counters, and you were encouraged to talk about future products to get customers excited. Maybe it's just my boss that implied that it's on the DL then, i know as employees we don't all get the same thing, maybe she didn't want there to be jealousy.. @@tweakabell they're so cute! And lol don't you love it when companies make no sense in naming their product colours? I would never expect tan to be lighter than medium. It's "you're so tan!" not "you're so medium!"

ETA: kinda OT but sometimes I get annoyed when people ask me if I've recently been on holiday because I'm ~so tan~. I mean... I'm Asian and I live in Texas... The north may be expecting an epic blizzard but it's 70+ degrees here right now.

Because I'm obnoxiously thorough I thought maybe if I spread them thinner they'd appear differently since they're finishing powders.Not really.

I pout them on my arm not paying attention to which shade was which, I got to the bottom one and thought"Oh what a pretty tan Tweakabell color, maybe they do appear differently spread out", turned it over "Medium". I dunno who named these or if the labels are mixed but in what world is medium darker than tan.

I selected medium and mine is way dark too, darker than most mediums by other brands.  Maybe they had a labeling mix up and got medium and tan wrong?  

Did you get a chance to wear them yet?  I tried mine as a powder foundation, nope! Went on way splotchy and dry.  But then again it "is" a finishing powder, so no complaints about that really.  I don't think I'd buy a full size, but I'll use the sample.
