So I had to go to Kaiser for an Opiate class (they make you do this when you get prescription opiates long term - it's my second go round and SOOOO boring) but I stopped in to the gift shop because I remembered a long time ago finding the perfect baby shower gift there and that they had unique stuff. 

I found the most AMAZING gift for my grandson!  Oh I can't wait for him to get here!  It is a talking Mother Goose!  She reads 6 nursery rhymes each time you press her wrist!  SOOOO SWEET!

I'm so jealous, I have spent countless hours on with CS with comcast, and even after several of the CS reps lied to me (confirmed by the supervisor because as he put it 'that is what they are supposed to do unless someone complains MORE') and all I get is the run around, and told that I don't know what I'm looking at and 'is there a man in the house?' comment.  I have yet to address that comment because the last time I called to transfer service (which I know is going to end up being a cancellation since they do not service my new area - YEAH!!) they sent me to a line that no one answered...

I personally think CS is down all over.  Regardless of what method is taken.  I've been talking offline with my SS and one of the items I sent her was the UD lip set.  She got two Crush colors and no Ladyflower.  I posted to both Sephora and UD FB.  Maybe it is just me, but the response of having her return the gift as a 'return without receipt' is not what I would expect, especially since she cannot get another one in-store.  But then again I tend to have lofty expectations when it comes to CS.  UD just deferred to Sephora.  Interestingly, someone else responded to my UD post that they rec'd their set from UD (not Sephora) and had two Ladyflowers and no Crush! LOL!
I've definitely found its key to message Sephora rather than posting publicly on their wall.

 
has it always been that you could only access 90 days of purchase history on Sephora's website? I could have sworn that it used to be longer than that. I purchased a 3 brush set from them last year sometime, but I don't remember when. One of the brushes has completely disintegrated even though I take really good care of it. I called customer service and they said it would be at the location that I purchased the brush set at discretion on whether or not to replace the brush for me. so bummed, that was my favorite brush. I did call the location to see if they could do anything, and they said to bring it in and they would see.

 
Ooh do you know if there will be an online link for that offer like there was for the UD one too? I'm assuming this is another freebie?

 
I never get mailers from sijcp, and I shop there and at JCP a fair amount :( /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Is it one of those situations where you need to print something, or can you just ask?

I've never gotten a mailer either :( /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> but I feel like they say that you have to present it in order to redeem. I got the mini UD liner because one of the lovely ladies here posted a link to the mailer and I showed it to the SA at SiJCP. It had a barcode/deal number that she asked me to read to her. I've never tried just going in and asking for the SiJCP freebies because I'm super shy in those situations (e.g. I get all flustered at engineering fairs when company booth reps are practically shoving free things in my bag without me even asking).

 
@ I always force myself to be very calm with people even when they're being obnoxious but if I'd gotten that "is there a man in the house?" question I would've ripped them a new one. There is NOTHING that I hate more than people assuming that I'm just a cute little girl who understands nothing about "man" stuff. When 3 of my fellow rabid soccer fan friends and I made the trek to NYC to watch the English team we support, we got all sorts of crap like "OMG female gooners! Are you guys like, really fans?" Bro I flew in from freaking Texas, what do you think? My default answer is now just "would you be asking me that if I had a dick?"

Girl how did I not know you were an arsenal fan too?!? I remember a few years ago I bought a ticket to a dynamo-NYRB match hoping I'd get to see him play but he ended up injured :( /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> I have a friend who grew up in London attending matches and I'm always so jealous. She gave me a signed scarf for Christmas once - santi and... gervinho lol womp womp.

Yeah I have been wondering the same thing. I even called the rouge line about it yesterday. My issue is I just discovered Dior Diva Rewards and I was hoping they could like send me a PDFS of all my receipts with Dior purchases (which is definitely probably around a grand ugh).

It might depend on how much you've ordered. For me it goes back to late September only. I have probably ordered/purchased a lot since then though.

Yeah I just logged in to check on mobile - my oldest order is from January 11, 2013. I've only made 15 total orders including that one between then and now lmao

So, it's not a matter of how long, but maybe how many orders. My oldest order is from 10/23/14. :blush:  The associate that answered the phone at the store said they may be able to look it up in their computer system and go back farther. I tried to tell the guy on the phone that I didn't even have 90 days of activity showing up and he said that it was close, lol. Actually 10/23 - 1/7 is about two weeks shy of 90 days, lol. I guess I shopped a little too often.

 
I can't get Sephora to load at the moment, but when I checked my past purchases a few weeks back I was able to see things I purchased as far back as 2 years ago or more. I haven't bought much from Sephora in the last few years, so I agree on it being based on number of purchases.

I have the same issue. I've probably spent around $2000 on Dior products at Sephora. I never delete my order received emails or shipping emails- would Dior use those as proof?
