VIB Rouge spending MUCH money a year.
I received 5 orders yesterday.
4 of them had NO samples in them at all. No apologies, no substitutes for the ones I ordered.
This is on top of the 1 order I received last week with NO samples in it and the 1 order I received last week,
that was missing my promo item.
I've already written thru the website and I've posted on FaceBook, waiting to hear back.
I understand stuff goes wrong sometimes, but the website promises you 3 samples with ANY order
and states substitutions to be made for out of stock samples. OK, Fine.
But NO samples at all in now 5 orders? That's just wrong.
I'm out 15 samples at this point, and have more orders on the way, so I'm dreading opening them to
see if I get any samples.
I plan to return most of my items since I didn't get my samples.
Pretty sure that's not what they want happening, so they need to get their warehouse that services my area
in gear.
And I'm hesitant to order anything else because I don't want to get more orders with no samples in them.
I order from Sephora instead of other sites because of those samples and promos, so without them, they don't have an edge for me.
