That price is higher than I would pay for that since a lot of those samples are easy to come by.

Yeah, tempted as well, because I know/like a lot of the products (Algenist, OH, Julep, Formula X, Bare Minerals, E&J, Smashbox, and Hourglass) and has things I want to try (the Becca, the Bite bb, Ardency, and Stila). But that price is definitely steep, especially given since there are things that I wouldn't use/would give or trade away--the Tarte bronzer, the Laura Mercier (too dark I think?), and Josie Moran.New Sephora Favorites set! http://www.sephora.com/beauty-closet-P391717?skuId=1663467

I'm tempted by the Algenist, mini Bite lipstick and OH serum, but $99 is a little steep
Keep me posted if she likes fearless. She ended up liking the look of Tarte's Fearless.
Crossing my fingers that she likes it. She's an odd duck in some ways. LOL -- I think I'm her personal shopper at times. (I'm glad she forgave me a few years ago for getting her "They're Real" after a recommendation from an Ulta SA.)
She's also getting:
-Urban Decay Naked2 Basics / Naked2 Basics
-Benefit Cosmetics How To Look The Best At Everything / Medium
Thank goodness for that 20% coupon!
well if there's one good thing that came from the vib sale debacle, it's this people were extra sensitive about the race issue and that's probably what contributed to enough outrage for it to get pulled right away.Re: Lime Crime, I was reading on reddit a day or so ago that someone was on the phone with Customer Service, and the agent mentioned that they'd never before had so many customers contact them to say they were HAPPY to see a product/line removed from Sephora.
Seems thrown together, $99 is way too high.New Sephora Favorites set! http://www.sephora.com/beauty-closet-P391717?skuId=1663467

I'm tempted by the Algenist, mini Bite lipstick and OH serum, but $99 is a little steep
i LOVE mostly sunny and she is friends with the sara at color me loud which is a great blog too - the beauty look book has great photos but sabrina NEVER responds to anything - i have seen her ignore too many people i just want to delete from feed! the few pictures i have seen of her she always looks so mad + unhappy! no clue?!/
cafe makeup can have good swatches but she is very, very fair.........
i totally LOVE karen, she is so beautiful + so sweet!! the issue I have is that her blog is like one big AD and i never really get a review but one sentence that its great or it's lame and good swatches - the website always does a screen pops up on my computer to get me to join every time i go there - being allergic to cats does not help me love Tabs but he's cute!
techno cupcake is amazing, if you have any questions ever just ask or she will even get items if requested - she also does YouTube videos, she is very good + if she knows someone is expert in that m/u line, she will ask and help
i am bummed as someone suggested mr. rebates as it was 12% last week - i signed up - went in through the website but not one order i made the entire past week showed up for any cash back not just at Sephora, it shows that i went to website but no purchases and then it says in fine print, if you use a code it may void it - not sure what the deal is but at least with ebates it works so i wish i had just used them with the 4%!! if anyone knows whats up with mr. rebates please let me know! I won't use again unless i missed something big time but it seemed the same as ebates - go to site, click and voila......
why not have check go to paypal, i think it is way faster.....
had to call sephora as of course I forgot to put code on one order, the highest costing one of course and they were nice, they gave me credit but not back to my card only in sephora money only, whatever it will be spent anyway!!
I got an email from Sephora today that basically said they were behind at their distribution centers due to the 20% off sale so my recent order will be delayed. They said I would receive it by November 20th and that they are going to credit my beauty bank 500 points. :smilehappyyes: Woo! My account hasn't been credited yet but I'll just monitor it and contact them if it doesn't show up.
I'm kind of annoyed. I also had an order delayed significantly in shipping but didn't get this email. Is it worth emailing them?I got the email too. @@normajean2008, it sounds like the email is still going out, so you might get it soon.
Someone on BT said she called the CS and was told that Rouges with outstanding orders will get 500 points and VIBs will get 250 points. And the points will be credited in about 3 days.
I just posted this to Sephora's FB page...I think the more that posts, the better:@@JenTX I would email of message them on Facebook. You should get the points too. I think 500 points is worth it, it's like free 500 point perk. Now if they would only come out with one I want...
Truthfully I think it was all cuteness factor and I'm not going to get into it further. The part that hits me as strange is that with mascara, panda eyes has a negative connotation.well if there's one good thing that came from the vib sale debacle, it's this people were extra sensitive about the race issue and that's probably what contributed to enough outrage for it to get pulled right away.
not directly related to Sephora, but since we're on the issue (and Sephora does carry lancome).....

I saw this "manga" mascara line for L'Oréal at the drugstore today and.... just. what. I mea even aside from the fact that girls into manga and makeup ate more likely to be interested in Japanese brands but...??? does L'Oréal not have a branch that asks simple questions like "are pandas from Japan?" (no) and "will people potentially be annoyed we mixed up Japan and China?" (yes) I just don't understand companies sometimes.... but if I stopped buying from every company that pissed me off I'm not going to have anything to eat or wear
Nice! I was about to suggest contacting them on BT if they didn't respond on Facebook. Glad they took care of it!They already replied and added 500-points to my account. Thanks for letting me know about this, ladies!
Thanks for that - yeah I have checked that before and just checked again - I'm subscribed. But really, thanks for posting because I forgot about that section of the website. I've never been disabled on that page, though.@ - You may have already got this covered. But, I had an issue with not receiving promotional emails as well. I posted about it here awhile back. It turns out, my account was set to "Unsubscribe me from Sephora emails. I’ll get my beauty information elsewhere"
So, just wondering if you had the same issue. There is another button to select to get the emails. I think within a day, I was in business.
Me too! AND they are checking into my email issue (again). Funny, they really didn't need me to PM them my email address HAHAHA!!They already replied and added 500-points to my account. Thanks for letting me know about this, ladies!
