I heard this too--that the Eye are the Window palettes are meant to replace them and that the In The palettes were going to be discontinued. I picked up In The Know about 2 weeks ago when it had come back in stock for that very reason--it had been on my wishlist for quite a while and decided to pull the trigger. Wondering if Sephora will price adjust if it's within two weeks? Probably not.

Can't hurt to ask!  Worst they say no, best you get some money back!  Or store credit or something to buy more pretties!

Soooooooooo Sephora dropped the prices of the In the Light palettes + In the ______ -- I've seen the purple on sale before, but rarely In the Light. I'm wondering if Stila is discontinuing them then....? That seems so strange to me. They're basically Stila's equivalent of the UD Naked series / Lorac's Pro, what are they doing to replace them.

They took it off their stands, but if you ask, they might be able to find it in the back. They tried to last time but I stood there waiting 10 minutes until I gave up

Some Sephora's will let you.  At my local Sephora or SinJCP you would have to exchange for a different shade of the same product.  Or the same brand and product category and same non discounted price.  $28 Dior Mascara for $28 Dior Mascara.  $22 Bite Lipstick for $22 Bite Lipstick

Finally got order 2 of 4 delivered today, and order 3 is due to arrive Monday.  I still have no updates about my last order I made on the 9th, but to be fair, they did warn a few days delay in processing before I placed it.  

I had time to go by Nordstrom and tried out the matte Dolce and Gabbana mono cream eyeshadows, since I didn't pick them up at Sephora during the sale.  Mmmmm, if you're looking for a matte eyeshadow like them, I'd save your money and just get a comparable color in the Bare Minerals line (the 5 in 1 or whatever liquid kind).  I got the pink one in my Sephora order today, and it is just as nice and half the price!  I'm really digging the Bare Mineral eyeshadow, I need to track down the wine and green colors next!

I got an email from Sephora today that basically said they were behind at their distribution centers due to the 20% off sale so my recent order will be delayed.  They said I would receive it by November 20th and that they are going to credit my beauty bank 500 points.   :smilehappyyes:  Woo!  My account hasn't been credited yet but I'll just monitor it and contact them if it doesn't show up.

It's so strange that Sephora is handling this sale so badly this year - it's not like this is a brand new sale, they should've been able to at least semi-anticipate the change in sales volume and put measures in to try to counteract it as best as they could... I'm sure they still would've been behind no matter what, but they're WAY behind considering how big of a company they are.

I remember last year being much smoother and when I went crazy and made 6 orders in one day they didn't get canceled. They are trying to say it's my bank, but I can see my bank has them pending so it's on sephoras end  <_<   :bringiton:

They did not specify an order number so I am not exactly sure what order they are crediting me for.  I placed on order on 11/10 and it just shipped today (and by shipped a label was created).  I placed another order on 11/12 and thats just been 'sent to warehouse'.

I got the email too. @@normajean2008, it sounds like the email is still going out, so you might get it soon.

Someone on BT said she called the CS and was told that Rouges with outstanding orders will get 500 points and VIBs will get 250 points. And the points will be credited in about 3 days.

I got the same email for the order I placed on the 10th.... how much is your order?  or are your VIB Rouge? I only get credited 250 points...   its a VIB account...
