Not sure if this has been answered but if you don't have the email or the card they sent snail mail, I think there is something to print from your account online. I saw it last night. However, the site has been so wonky it might be difficult to get into your account.

I give up.  I've been trying to shop at Sephora since midnight, and the site is just continually down for me.  They know this happens ever single year on these sales events.  They have the time and money to easily fix this issue in advance.  They refuse to do so, which means they are purposely letting it happen.  It limits the number of people who can use the discount.  

If it is back up when I get home, I might buy a couple things.  But they ticked me off too much already to buy my full list.  I'll either skip some items I wanted and can live without, or I'll get them from Nordstrom.  

At least I was able to place an order for facial cotton pads to use the promo bag code, picked bag #3... the Dior mascara point perk, 3 free samples, my Rouge bday gift, and the tote bag.

I wanted the Sephora Formula X point reward too, but I didn't pick it up because it'd delay my order shipping.  :-\  

Yup, getting pretty frustrated with the fact that "international checkout is temporarily unavailable" and hasn't been all morning  :angry:

I've been trying to place ONE order since 2 a.m. last night and I still can't get past the items in your cart phase.  I did, however, lose one of the GlamGlow samples I had selected during the wait - was able to swap that sample out with another - and still can't check out.  It's like they don't want to shut up and take my money.  This is crazy.

You may already know this, but Nordstrom will honor the 20% off from Sephora.  You have to place a phone order rather than internet.  They look up the item you want to make sure the same item/color is available at Sephora and then they give you the 20% off of the Sephora price.

They have price matched over live chat as well! It just takes a while for them to check if you are getting a lot of items.

I lost the Glamglow sample as well.  I attempted twice to check out before I was able to.  I left the screen up on my computer and it kept refreshing on its own.  So, as long as I was able to check on it from time to time, I got my opportunity.

@@SaraP - I think my 17 year old still has a half a bottle of Dolce and Gabbana Light Blue.   My other is probably wearing Ode to Dorm room right now.  But, I will check in with him to see where his grooming is at these days.  Good idea!

Anyone not getting confirmation and shipment emails from Sephora?  The mailman just dropped off a box.  I never saw a single email for it.  This would be a new twist.

I just got back from Sephora with my friend - I didn't get anything since I let her use my account (couldn't get the site to work to email her my friend code) and I was afraid they wouldn't let us both use my phone to check out so I'll place my order online instead... If the site ever works again. The cashier couldn't get the barcode from my email to scan (and of course the site wasn't working so I couldn't add the barcode to my passbook) so he just found my account in the system and scanned a card he had for the 20% off.

I'm so happy with my order that I had to share it with someone!  I used to shop at sephora all of the time but for the last several years I only order something during my bday month which also happens to be the same month that they usually do the 'pick 1 bag +8-10 samples.  I've been hoarding points for a long time because there was never anything I really really wanted.  I added the $1 hair tie so that I'd have exactly enough points for everything!  So. So. Happy.

What a bummer. I really want that sample bag! But I can't justify not using a 20% just to get it. Once again, I lament the inability to use more than one coupon for Sephora.
