Quoting because I'm interested too. Chic Week wasn't one-time use, so I'm hoping this VIB sale won't be either!!!

is the vib holiday 20% off promo one time use only?
Unless they've changed policies, the only thing that is one time only during the sale is the code card to give to a friend or family member.  You should be able to make multiple purchases in store and online for yourself.

Did anyone notice that Sephora now carries the Embryolisse Cream?
Is this stuff any good?  I remember Birchbox sending it out before, but I never got it.  I'm due for more moisturizer this weekend, and was curious about this cream when I saw it online at Sephora...

I have an order ready to go.  I want the gift bag because I like deluxe samples.  I like trying AND finishing things.  I may have an addiction to getting GWP's.   But, the 20% is probably the way to go.  Its just not as sexy.  I am probably thinking about this all wrong.

The simple but with guilt answer is to place 2 orders.
This is me right now, exactly! Haha.

Interestingly enough...I'm not sure. I just know people love it and I received a rather small sample from Beauty Bar at some point but only used it on my hands. I have moved to a cooler climate so I want to try it on my face this Winter. I am going to order it and decide if I like it.

In fact, my whole VIB order is looking to be very skin care heavy this year...not much make up.

I like it. I got the BB sample and got a full size once I used it up. It probably won't be heavy enough for me for winter but for summer it worked very well.

Hmm, I wonder if it'll be moisturizing enough for me this winter then?  Decisions, decisions...

I've been using, and liking, the FAB ultra repair facial moisturizer.  Some days it isn't enough though, and I use the regular repair cream of the same formula, which works fine.

I was interested in this Embryolisse cream, or maybe trying the Kate Somerville Goat Milk cream.   Maybe I'll get the Embryolisse online to try it, and then a sample this weekend of the Goat Milk cream...  If the Emb. wins, yay for cheaper skin cream, lol.. if the Goat Milk wins, I can pick up some before the sale period ends online.. Aaand in the event they both suck on me, I can pick up a new bottle of my usual last minute.

Is it weird that the Emb. cream totally confuses me?  It takes makeup off... but then it also works before makeup for moisturizer etc.. How does it keep makeup looking nice if it is good at taking it off too? LOL  One of those "I don't get it, but I gotta try it" things I guess.

all the moisturizers i have remove makeup too. it's my spot makeup remover for eyeliner, smudged mascara, eyeshadow fallout, etc. just put some in a qtip, it's gentle, effective, and with bonus moisturization..so i don't think the makeup removing properties is unique to embryolisse.

have you ever tried dr.jart's ceramidin? I've been using the starter kit that i got from birchbox( i think its $30?) & i feel like it's great for winter time! I started getting some dry patches and flaking and it really helped alot. If buying both the liquid and the cream would be too much out of budget, i would suggest only getting the cream.

I have really dry skin as well and I use Paula's Choice Skin Recovery Moisturizer.

I love it because it lasts all day.  It's $26.00 for 2oz.  Right now they have free shipping on everything and 5 free samples with $5+ order.  I just tried adding samples of the moisturizer to my cart and discovered that if you add 7, they only charge you for 2 of them.  So $1.60 for 7 samples and free shipping! Also ebates is 5% back.

There is a 20% of paulas choice floating around too, I'll post it if I can find it...

I think the current 20% for Paula's Choice is AMC1520. I think it lasts through tomorrow. There seems to always be some kind of coupon floating about, so I always end up googling "Paula's Choice coupon," as there are some out there that they don't email.

I have been trying whatever face wash I have around recently since my skin has been better. I got a few face washes and a lovely Rose Toner when I was in India for a trip. I tried the Rose Toner today since I am out of all others so let's see how it does. I did use this Neem Face Wash which was wonderful and my friend and sister in law both loved it, too!

Now that I am working through those, I am going to try Origins...they have this awesome set for $38. Also, I have been thinking of trying the SK II set...anyone tried this line? Is it worth it?

I'm excited for my Honey Cake soap to get here though...

I have, and it gave me horrible breakouts. :( /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />  There was such good reviews for it, I was so excited.. but alas, I'm one of the few it hates. lol.

Can someone pm me the link to the available, but not shown 100 and 500 point perks?  I had the link at one point, but seem to have lost that message during the website move.

Thanks in advance!

I've always been afraid of trying the SK II line.  If it ends up amazing, it is too expensive long term.. But then again, if it is as good as the claims, it'll save a pretty penny later down the line for doctor visits/treatments etc for the face.. I'm pretty sure my hubby would kill me if I bought that much in skincare though. :p /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

If you end up trying it, pretty please post how it works for you!

I haven't had a huge amount of luck with the tiny amount of products I've tried from Paula's Choice (via birchbox), but they weren't moisturizers either.

I just ordered: 6 samples of that particular moisturizer, 1 of men's face wash, 4 of both night time men's cream and soothe and smooth (my hubby has sensitive skin so maybe this will help him?).. using the 20% code, ebates, free shipping, and with tax, spent 7 and change.

Thanks ladies!
