It's so hard to wait on something you want because things sell out so randomly. The Vice LTD was the one I wanted  but I wanted to think about it and it was there less than 24 hours.

I think I might just get the Hourglass Blush Palette for now. That's the only thing I want that I actually think might sell out soon. The Urban Decay stuff usually lasts until Christmas (at least) and I don't THINK the Fresh set that I want will sell out quite yet. I'll save those things for when/if the Blitz bags come out or another discount!

So, I've settled on the Kat Von D Monarch Palette, the Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow in Auburn, and the Tarte Pigmet of Imagination Deluxe Cheek Set... for now. (I go through a very intensive bough of mind changing and rearranging. I'm at the very least completely settled on the Monarch Palette and the dip brow. I may add more as well.) 

Does anyone know of a good dupe for the Anastasia Beverly Hills brow brush? My elf angled brush is just a little too wide to get the perfect precise lines I want. I'd prefer a double ended one with the mascara brush at the end, but I can also settle for grabbing a handful of mascara sample brushes from Sephora if there isn't an affordable double-ended brush dupe.

I use the Sephora brand double ended brush, with the angled brow end and mascara brush end.  It used to be on sale online for 7$, but now I don't see it, or anything like it for under 18$. /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />  

It works great with the dip brow, if you have a sephora location nearby, I'd call and ask if they have any left in store.

Oh, I really hope the Monarch Palette doesn't sell out! I have to wait on my giftcard, and it's the item I specifically got the 20% off for. Ugh, I'm going to be so stressed out about it now until I have it safely ordered and on its way. @_@

Perfect skincare routine? Do tell!!!

I use a gentle cleanser (I use Ole Henriksen African Red Tea Foaming). From there, I alternate: 3 days a week I use a light moisturizer (Philosophy Take a Deep  Breath lately) and Vitamin C serum/liquid (DO NOT BUY THIS FROM STORES! You have to refrigerate real vitamin C serums, and they only last about 3 months- and when they go bad they turn orange, so all the different kinds at Sephora that aren't kept chilled and are already orange are a bad idea! Plus you can make your own for pennies! I can explain in depth if you want to know). 

Two days a week, I use a heavier moisturizer (usually Creme de la Mer, but only because I have it- you don't need anything this special edit: by special I mean expensive lol) and Retin-a Micro on top (I only use this two days a week).

The other two days a week I only use the light moisturizer and let my skin "breathe."  For day time, I just use light moisturizer with sunscreen.

Vitamin C Serums SAVED my skin and I never would have learned about them if it wasn't for the skincare forum I discovered 2 years ago. I can give you more in-depth info about the Vitamin C if you want!

This year's Chic Week was 20% off instead of 15%. I was a BI at the time, became a VIB after. Also, for some reason they didn't call it 'Chic Week' this year.

Thanks for all your tips. You are awesome! I didn't know you could return online orders to stores. This sounds like it'll be such a good thing to know for the future if I have to make a return as SiJCP is so much closer to me. I love my SiJCP, but I just wish they sold Hourglass.

hopefully it does work at all stores, it did just occur to me that we are a test store, maybe it hasn't been rolled out everywhere. We did just get this ability pretty recently. Let us know what they say!

PS does anyone know if the VIB discount code is multiple use or just one time use? I want to take a friend to the event, so I'd probably take her to a proper sephora -- at least so she could get some samples, but there are some sets at SiJCP I would really like to use my 20% on... >.>

Even with exchanges, you'll need the order confirmation page so we can verify the price (so you will be fine) or we would need your ID. The computer requires one of those to let us do a return/exchange.
No idea on the codes.. Good luck, I love the sets this time of year, it would be hard to choose! I've bought both (even though I don't get a discount online lol)

I'd buy the limited edition stuff I couldn't live without and would be pissed if it sells out, and the regular HG stuff later, when they have the sale for everybody.

I think you just gave some pretty good reasons for not needing it! I would just get the single blush if you won't use a majority of the palette.
