Free stuff? I said nothing about wanting free stuff. Ideally, they would have me exchange Pink Escape for Berry Bliss. *Exchange*. As in I give this one back, and they give me the other one *in place of the pink one*. I'm not really interested in points since they rarely if ever have any point perks I want, so I already have more than 1300 points that have just been sitting there since, like, September.
Yes, exactly.  I would have dropped off the pink escape at my local sephora if they had the berry bliss mini.  I don't want any free stuff - I just wanted all of the items I paid for.

I didn't ask for points, they just gave them to me - I have a lot as well, and am not using them either.

I just checked quick after you posted and saw the others that weren't there yesterday.  I have a love hate relationship with They're Real, it's sooo nice on but I cant get it off to save my life! What makeup remover do you use?

That's my problem with They're Real too!  I've been using Maybelline's gel remover- http://www.target.com/p/maybelline-clean-express-classic-eye-makeup-remover-4-fl-oz/-/A-14310260?ref=tgt_adv_XSG10001&AFID=google_pla_df&LNM=14310260&CPNG=Health+Beauty&kpid=14310260&LID=PA&ci_src=17588969&ci_sku=14310260&gclid=CJz8j-3Q6r0CFeZDMgod1hcAjw this one.  And I'll tell ya, I like it, but it's REALLY COLD when I put it on my eyes.  I don't really know how to describe that other than I almost feel like I'm putting an ice cube on my eyeballs.  But!  It does do the trick- I use a fairly generous amount and two applications, but it comes off.. I just got some Ultra Bland from Lush and I'm gonna try that as well.  IIRC- the Lancome eye makeup remover got it off pretty well too, but it feels so greasy after I use it, and I hate that.  I also have the Caudalie remover and want to try that on it, but I'm trying to use up the Maybelline Gel Remover first!

I just realized that this post isn't over in the sub box area, where people are all of the time griping about the tiniest of things to try to get the sub companies to give them free stuff. It's a huge issue, so my frustration boiled over into this thread. I didn't mean to try to accuse you of trying to get free stuff, but I can totally see where this is going. Someone gets points or maybe a refund and then everyone decides that "Oh yeah, I don't like that either!" then piles on trying to get their stuff for free as well.

Do you ladies use a waterproof version of They're Real? (That might totally be a dumb question. IS there even a waterproof?) I ask, as I've been using this item for a month now and it comes off perfectly with my regular facewash. I'm just using a sensitive skin wash from Clean and Clear at the moment. I do wash my face twice, though...as I tend to have some residue left from all of my makeup including the mascara, but this is pretty standard regardless of the brand of mascara that I use.

This is a good question- I don't really know?  I think there's only one version of it (am I wrong? I could be wrong.)  Benefit's website only shows one version of it, so I think that it's all one kind of mascara.  That's interesting though- for me, most of my washes tend to make it clump up and then I have "tangly eyelashes", if that makes sense.

I used to use They're Real all of the time (right now I'm going through a rotation of samples) but I use Josie Maran cleansing oil to wash my face at night and you can use it on your eyes as well, it always worked to take of my mascara. It doesn't matter how "waterproof" my mascara claims to be the JM cleanser gets it off so easily!

They're Real is not waterproof.  First ingredient is water.  I can only wear waterproof mascara because i have the uncurliest lashes ever.  If I use my lash curler and non-waterproof mascara, they go straight and sag downward from the weight of the mascara.

Anyone know what the link is to look up items that are a specific price on Sephora?  I'm searching the threads but can't come up with anything.

I use coconut oil to remove it.  I gently rub it on my eyelashes, let it sit for ten to twenty seconds, and then gently remove with a cotton ball.  I SWEAR the coconut oil strengthens and lengthens my lashes!

Ugh, Sephora just released a 100 point perk for the They're Real mascara.  Now I need to buy the summer set because I actually need that mini- it's the only mascara I use.  Justification, right?  But what do I do with this nail polish I'll never use
You scroll up and read the post from @Flowerfish and work out a deal  :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

True- and I also wouldn't mind new 250 point perks.  I just love it when I can get the mascara I spend all my money on as a perk!

I had the same exact problem with They're Real. I'd been using the Lancôme Bi Facil Eye Makeup Remover for a long time and never really branched out to anything else. I struggled getting They're Real off with the Lancôme. Then I got a free sample of The Body Shop Camomile Gentle Eye Makeup Remover from Ulta and They're Real comes off easier with it. Totally recommend!

It's been fixed on the site.  you just type in $ and amount in search.  it will give you items $2+/-.

I like the coconut oil too!  Since we are in the pantry...  Wanted to add that if you find that your eyes might blur a little after the coconut oil, like mine does, I use a little rose water afterwords in cotton pad to remove any oil residues.  You don't need anything expense, I get mine at the gourmet shelf in the supermarket ($3 to $4) - a bottle of the rose water and a bottle of the orange blossom water - I think it's used in baking?  I use the rose water in the winter time and orange blossom in the summer.

Oh I also keep a small-tall fridge in my room (elevated on a night stand) that I store my stockpile of beauty products in (face creams, eye creams etc... but not the daily set being used), yogurts, fruits and coconut water (keeps me from reaching for the potatoe chips and cookies) AND...  I keep the rose water and orange blossom on the top-shelf in door so they stay fresh longer - since these are w/o preservatives.

Or alternately,  you can just pour 2 oz of it in a little small-mouthed bottle and store the rest in the fridge.  You'll save yourself $$ on toner and finishing waters!

...  just kidding and being cheeky!

Yeah, I need to loose my credit card too from time to time...

Uh... I just received a reship email for a Summerstash order. I did not receive a response to my email asking which shade was correct. I'm completely confused about what is going on. ETA: I did get email from them, and this is an exchange situation. It will be interesting to see what actually arrives.

What kind of supermarket do you buy the rose water and orange blossom water at? That is one of the first ingredients in my now discontinued toner and I love the smell.
