I also think I'm a little spoiled because the last time I pulled the trigger on a fan friday it was for the Fresh Life rollerball promo- I wear it more than the Nirvana Black I actually purchased for the promo!  Ahh well.. I made it better and bought a stool for my vanity.  Maybe I can resist the Summer Set- or I can just trade for all the things I want out of it!

I've been away from this thread for a little and am just seeing the Summerstash now. I was so excited at first because I have been wanting Deborah Lippmans Mermaids Dream for months, to get it in a kit for $45 would be awesome. But... It's surprising, that's the only thing in the kit that I really want so I guess I'm passing.

A little off topic but I was at Costco yesterday and they had a two pack of Juicy Viva La Juicy rollerballs for around $16. They had a couple other Juicy scents but Viva La Juicy is my favorite ever since I got a sample of it from Sephora.

Can't you just return them if the color isn't the one you wanted? No need to make a huge deal out of it. They listed the wrong color, you can return it and get your money back.

The thing is that I want all of the pieces advertised. And they need to fix either the description or the contents for future potential customers as well. If no one speaks up, Sephora will assume they can do this again, and we will continue to get collections where contents do not match descriptions provided to us before we plunk down the money.

It was more than just listing the wrong color - the picture is berry bliss too!  No need to make a huge deal out of it?  I purchased a kit, with other items that I wanted, and they misrepresented it.   Perhaps it is not a big deal for you, but don't belittle others because of it.

I called sephora - they are issuing 250 points and are going to research the item to correct it.  It is important to make "huge deal" of out it because they need to know that they are falsely advertising a product and need to correct it.   That helps Sephora to correct it as quickly as possible, because I won't be the only one making it a "huge" deal.

No one should meekly accept things or just quietly return it and let other customers be screwed over.

Ugh, Sephora just released a 100 point perk for the They're Real mascara.  Now I need to buy the summer set because I actually need that mini- it's the only mascara I use.  Justification, right?  But what do I do with this nail polish I'll never use.

I'm just so sick of every tiny thing on this forum blowing up into "OMG HOW DARE THIS COMPANY MAKE A MISTAKE?" Sure, let them know but I feel like people are trying to take advantage of small things to get free stuff.

A bunch of 100 pt perks were added, nothing we haven't seen before though. Hopefully some new 250 pt ones will come soon too.

It was the wrong description.    People PAID for this, it wasn't "free stuff" - I would be HAPPY to send them back the wrong item to get the color I want, but they don't have a mini like that.  I didn't ASK for anything, I made sure they knew what was wrong, that they need to update their pages - both the description and picture.

True- and I also wouldn't mind new 250 point perks.  I just love it when I can get the mascara I spend all my money on as a perk!

I would like some new 500 point perks.  I wanted that kit with the scarf and perfume, but I was a few points shy of 500.  Now, I have over 2000 points...and nothing tempts me in the points perks area...

Free stuff? I said nothing about wanting free stuff. Ideally, they would have me exchange Pink Escape for Berry Bliss. *Exchange*. As in I give this one back, and they give me the other one *in place of the pink one*. I'm not really interested in points since they rarely if ever have any point perks I want, so I already have more than 1300 points that have just been sitting there since, like, September.

That kit was so cute, but I was also really low on points.. The points perks area is so hit or miss for me!

Oh, totally didn't mean the mascara perk was lame!  That's a nice one actually! I just checked quick after you posted and saw the others that weren't there yesterday.  I have a love hate relationship with They're Real, it's sooo nice on but I cant get it off to save my life! What makeup remover do you use?
