oh my gosh, I can't stop laughing!!! I am not Rouge but when I read the part on the receipt that "substitutions may occur when samples are out of stock. Thank you for understanding", it made me laugh even more (thankfully, I was able to get all three samples that I requested). I did call and tell them, the rep kept apologizing over and over while I reassured her that I was perfectly happy with my order and just thought that was way too funny to let pass by. It's really strange because it's like a clothespin that was painted yellow and most of the paint is worn off now.

LOL! I was lucky... I was actually finally able to get a sample of the DKNY "Be Delicious" and I LOVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVE it! At first, it's sort of strong on my but as it started to fade, it smelled really good.

I want wooden clothes pin too!  I'm rouge, I want a an orchid colored one, chipped is fine, shabby-shabby chic.  Speaking of the color of the year, I've been to 3 Sephoras now looking for their branded Fuschia Lip Ink they are JUST out of them everywhere!  I ordered one but they won't ship it.  There's something wrong with my credit card, ahhh shur...  but they did ship an order of $26 that I placed the next day for 2 Lip Stains.  So yeah, if you have been banned, just know that you are banning is parametered at -$25 or at least mine is.  Every once in a while they'll let me sneak in a small order.   I'm the worst offender, they've already slapped my hand for going to the cookie jar too many times and I just keep going back....  maybe this time Mom won't slap me...  I can't help it I LIKE Sephora's Fuschia Lip Ink, it's soooo pretty!

I get the "giggles" everytime that I think of some poor packer searching all over for where they laid their clothespin down (probably was used the same way that I use them either as a clipper for my open snack bags or as a cheap substitute for a paperclip)........... I can see it now, they are scratching their head all confused and muttering, "well it was just there a minute ago!"
