i know! a lot of great YSL products don't seem to get much talk. they're all gorgeous, and the texture was so unique and blends effortlessly. i can't wait to wear it tomorrow!
I tend not to spend too much time looking at the YSL products because they are more expensive, but everything I've bought from the line has been good. Definitely going to look at these next time I am in store. The price seems expensive, but really it's about the same as the NARS multiples.

After discovering the glossy stains I have been giving YSL a lot more of my attention. I'm trying to stay away from the other products though - bought 3 freaking glossy stains yesterday and I could have done even worse YSL damage...

i also finally bought the YSL pressed powder. i've been eyeing this since i started shopping at sephora (this is before i joined MUT, and i don't know yet which brands and products are popular/talked about). i swatched ALL the powders in the store, and that is the most finely milled of all! i was also at the downtown chicago store, which carries a whole lot of brands. i finally picked one up (online), and can't wait to get it!

There are a few new pt perks - Buxom gloss, FAB facial radiance polish, and Benefit's big easy. I can't tell what shades they are though.

My store had those yesterday. Buxom is in "sophia", I picked it up and it's adorable! Mini lippies always just get me. Not sure on the big easy sample shade, it is TINY though. Seriously 2-3 uses at most, I wouldn't recommend it, wasn't worth 100 points IMO. The algenist cream is good sized.

I bought that Big Easy sample off Benefit's website, and I definitely wouldn't spend 100 Sephora points on it. It retails for $8 so spending $100 worth of points is definitely not worth it.  I did get 5-6 uses out of it though but still not a product I'll be buying full sized.

I saw the Big Easy 100 point perk at Sephora too and did a double take.  So so small and sad looking for a point perk!

Reminds me of the tiny little Naked gloss that was 100 pts. Seriously Barbie-sized.

I get really annoyed with the sample sizes Sephora offers.  I need to use something more than just a few times to decide if it's something I'm going to spend a lot of money on.  We all know markup on beauty products is astronomical, and it costs companies more money to produce minis...so would it really kill them to let people try bigger sizes?  I like "deluxe" sample sizes but these minis Sephora has been offering through points and with some of their codes can be a joke.

This is actually a big problem for me with face samples. I either have a giant face or a thirsty face, either way it seems I get maybe one use out of things. Definitely not enough to judge a product properly.

Big face problems! The samples that give me time to use them are the ones that turn in to sales.

I agree. The 100pt Naked gloss was smaller than those free Buxom glosses they had available as free samples. Now, of course those Buxom samples were extra awesome, but this gloss is SO tiny, so was the Bobbi Brown gloss. It really becomes awful to think about when you think "I spent $100 to earn this" and you think about some of the AMAZING, full-size 6-piece GWP companies like Clinique and Estee offer when you spend around $49.50 with them.

This was the size of the Naked Gloss too:

for chic week:

ROUGETICKET valid 3/30-4/11

VIBTICKET valid 4/3-4/11

not sure what the BI code is, but it's valid 4/4-4/11 i think!

I have a VIB account and we are getting the Rouge bag if we come in store on Thur 4/3 anytime of day. Limited supply. It's when our 15% kicks in. Code for 4/3 to 4/11 is VIBTICKET I already have the rouge bag so if I go in my friend will be gifted with it or I'll skip it to leave more avail. for others.

Yep, exact same samples here.
Well, that seals the deal for me. I'm definitely not going to go to the store for the bag. Still debating what to use my coupon on. I'm a little shopped out at the moment.

Seriously.  When are the Rouge perks going to be for Rouge only.  This is insanity.

I'm kind of ticked At that. Especially since my friend I brought to the rouge event is VIB so she basically could have gotten the same thing minus a muffin at a time other than 9:30 on a Sunday. I would have been hAppier if early access meant more product....stock was lacking at my store.

Stock is probably going to be even more lacking when the VIB sale starts.
