I was just about to post something along these lines later today!

Before Rouge was introduced, my orders always shipped out same or next day, very rarely 2nd day.  Now with Rouge shipping, I usually get it in the 3 days time frame of delivery, but they normally take 2-4 days to even ship it out!

I also still don't understand why those of us who spend 1k plus a year only get 3 day shipping, but flash members get it a day sooner for 10-25$, and their orders generally go out same day or next day from what I've read online.

I am really glad I can get free shipping on orders under 50$ though, and I hate shopping at Ulta and Nordstrom takes forever to ship out my orders too-only to get sent from Vernon, CA (usually) on the second to last day of the shipping time quotes...  I'm going to shop at Sephora and spend as much as I do anyways, no matter the reward level...it'd just be nice to get treated as such and get good service on everything-not just free samples and perks.

Nope, I went back and tracked the dates before this year (I hit Rouge at the end of Dec last year) last year my orders shipped in 0-1 days taking into account weekends and holidays 72% of the time with 2 days at 27% this is including multiple Nov and Dec orders. This year granted its a smaller sampler but still 9 orders 33% ship within 0-1 days and 66% have been 2 days. There has been no address change within the time periods and no payment issues, my shipping has definitely slowed with Rouge.

I've been waiting for my VIBLUXE order for over a week now and it's finally coming today - I'm pretty much sad about the Rouge delay too =/

(I've never had an order not go through fine *knock wood* so I don't know what it looks like when an order isn't approved)

i was just about to order the tory burch rollerball when i noticed a tb 250 point perfume mini at checkout. i looked it up and i think the deluxe mini is LARGER than the rollerball! (how annoying that you get so little in a rollerball)  so i went back in my cart and instead am getting an hg ambient light blush. definitely don't need it but they're sooooo pretty.

also, those that wanted the buxom mini - it's back, or there's a new one. i don't know what the other shade was.

my flash shipping has been slow as well... perhaps they are just understaffed at the shipping warehouses.

*edit*

nm, i see that the buxom was already mentioned. sorry i'm slow.

I wish I could say I wasn't sure, but this is what I get under "Order Detail"...

Once again it was a small order of $2, where I selected 3 samples and a GWP of the iphone felt sleeve.  Sephora's probably letting the larger orders go through w/o obstacle?

Just speculating, it's not a big deal.  I just placed 5 more orders for the $2 pencil sharpener, but with out the GWP, just thought the little sleeves would be useful for folks to store little bits of what ever important cards or photos out in AFG.  We'll see what happens :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />...

If it's a no go, then it's a no go, I'll find inexpensive sharpners elsewhere.  It was just a neat little package of goodies that I could throw in the care package for very little dinero.

Damn. That's scary. None of my small orders have had any problem, but I've also spent a disgusting amount of money in just 2 months. I wonder if that has anything to do with it?  I had one small order not go through about a month ago, but all the others went through fine. Keep us updated!

I don't have Rouge, but I do have Flash. My orders always ship the same business day if I order before late afternoon. From what I'm guessing, even though those that are Rouge spent at least $1000 in order to get the status, free shipping is a perk; and as someone with Flash, free shipping isn't a perk, it's what I specifically paid for. Even though I spent no where near $1000 to get the free shipping, I think that's a pretty big difference from a business stand point. It might not seem fair since the main perk that Sephora advertised for Rouge members was free shipping, treating the two pools of people differently isn't without reason, at least in my opinion.

Editted - I've placed multiple small orders in the last month - I believe 10 $1 when the glamglow eye masks were a sample so they were all on the same day too. Partly because I wanted to try them and share with my sister and partly because I wanted to test my flash membership. All the orders were sent without a hitch. My fiance was so mad to see 10 sephora boxes stacked up by the front door.

Also, for those of you who weren't getting your Beauty Insider emails (VIB, Rouge, whatever): How did you eventually resolve this?

I wrote to them and they told me they reset and that I should start to get them in 10 days, but I know many of you went through the same thing. Did you eventually find a solution??

I never had a problem with mine until I received a strange email about my VIB status (even though I'm Rouge) on January 27th. Since then, I get the confirmation emails and the rest, but not the promotional emails.

Until then: Girls who are VIB/Rouge, thank you so much for posting the codes you're getting!!

Interesting, are you VIBR or do you have Flash?

I have Flash and have placed around 15 $1 orders since I got Flash in late October. I keep wondering if they're going to cut me off, but as far as I know no one with Flash has ever been warned or anything for making too many small orders. But like others have said, we PAID for that service so they can't really take it away.... unless they give us refunds, I guess?

Speaking of I need your addy and the list of what your looking for I need to clean out my samples they are overgrowing there's no way I can go through everything. Sucks about the smaller orders though I hope at least the ones without the GWP go through.

Mine ships from Utah or Maryland.. If it ships from Utah then it's SUPER fast but if it's from Maryland then it's super slow with the whole processing.

Hmmm mine have been slow from UT. I wonder what's holding stuff up. All i know is it's annoying but not complaint worthy. Now if it gets too much slower I will start to get "consumer" mad not just pouty.

I'm upset with the whole VIBLUXE .. it just seems like it's going downhill x( Anyways, all of my Divergent sets just shipped... it was just a 1 day processing so not bad at all.

Am VIBR.  I don't know.  I think they offered free shipping via either VIBR and Flash without flushing out the details and how much unlimted free-shipping can really cost.

If say a customers orders of $1 or $2 items start kicking in at like 300 little orders... and their purchses either past or future projections isn't off-setting the cost of the shipment...  I got to believe that it at least costs Sephora 75 cents to hire the labor to stuff the boxes or envelopes, pay for postage and the cost of shipping material for each order and if their number indicate 'that' particular account is simply never gong to antie up and buy anything with a large enough profit margin for them to cover the continuous shipping costs, honestly they'd be very bad business folks to conintue to offer the free shipping.  They'll run themselves to the ground.

I have spent very likely 2 to 3 thousand last year on products and probably less then 200 this year and so I'm thinking if they've got a open formuala for me or any other clients, it'll be just a matter of time for a red flag, if I don't kick in and start purchasing some big ticket items, policy not withstanding.

I'm almost curious to see what the breaking point is, purely from an economist point of view.

The only issue I have with this (not with flash members, with Sephora) is that Flash was not available to everyone. It's not like I said screw Flash I'll spend $1000 and get the free shipping perk anyway. I would have gladly paid for Flash had I been able to.

this happened to me a year or two ago. i called multiple times to have them add me back on, but it never worked. what worked was signing into my account online, and then changing the email for the account. i have been happily getting all my emails since then. :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />  good luck - i got this tip from someone else who had the same problem. i have no idea why their system drops some emails randomly and never allows them to be added back, but that seems to happen periodically.

i have flash and last week it took awhile to process. shipping was done via ground even tho it's supposed to be 2 day (which is fine - after it shipped it got to me in 2 days anyway due to the proximity of the warehouse). i haven't placed multiple small orders tho - this year i've placed maybe only 2 orders, and both have been over 25.
