I don't know if you've tried these or not, but they're smaller in width and length than the Twistband or Emi-Jay versions of the same. I found them a little too small to use.

I'm guessing it's a weird glitch in the system because I haven't gotten any Rouge e-mails since that one for the radiant orchid lipstick (so I missed out on the Dior code).
Me too!! So weird my sephora account shows I need to spend $1040 to maintain rouge until 2015. Now I'm off to check my other VIB accounts...

*Nope just the Rouge account

yep, i have a few of them, but I actually put them on the same carboard as the Twistbands Julep sent in December, and they are the same siez

Looks like the non rouge, non flash party is going strong! :huggies: (I would have to stop feeding the pups, give up my subs, and not buy any gas this year if I spent $1,000 at Sephora ;) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> )

Can May I join the party anyway?  I adore artichoke dip and group hug!  I'll whip up some pot stickers with Saracha spiked plum sauce?  Am Rouge but probably not past this year, am in arrears... showing I need to spend $1,052 to reach Rouge this year, not happening... nope!!

I've got WAY, WAY, WAY, WAY too much private stock...  I've a couple of hundred dollars on store credits in 3 to 4 cards, am going to hold on to them and use them on Fragrance 3X points in 2015!

I overspent last year to reach Rouge and then some.  First, stock-piing for gifts and such then buying from Sephora became a too familiar activity.  But now that I'm moving soon, I've returned some and  eBayed others... since am too embarassed to return more then a couple of items at a time...

I suspect if I had puppies I'd be a more balanced person instead of hording 600% marke-ups from Sephora and thinking that I've got a 'good' deal...  I need therapy from

I'm not Rouge, I'm not even VIB. If I had Flash for an entire year, it might be possible. I know my wallet's healthier if I never get Flash, but I still kind of want it.

TBH, if you are buying any of the brands they both sell, Ulta's rewards system comes out ahead by a monstrous margin.

I would not go by that person's review, on the Carven or the Nirvana White.  ((sorry if that review happens to be somebody that posts here by chance))

I do not get a sueded/patchouli musk scent from Carven.  It is musky, but it is a very sweet musk, and very feminine, and very light.  On me specifically, the jasmine and sandalwood makes up the majority of the lingering muskiness.  I'd associate suede/heavy patchouli with more masculine scents.  It isn't earthy.  To me it is more in the "natural" side of musky mixed with flowers.  This might gross somebody out...but I'd say it is more like if you spent time getting "busy" with a partner, and had some sweet flowers mixed in--but in a good sexual endorphins naturally turn people on kind of way-not eww you're all sweaty and stink like the gym way.  I'd classify it as the scent version of people saying you have a glow...   I haven't had breakfast yet, my descriptions are limited, work with me here, LOL.

Carven actually does have Patchouli in it, but I agree about the Sandalwood coming out more and that that review was bonkers!. Fragrantica.com is a GREAT place to find out what's in each fragrance as well as get reviews from perfume experts and novices alike :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Also, I'm so sorry, guys!! I found out about the vibluxe code a day or two before it was posted here and it was usable. I figured everyone already knew about it. Now I feel like I failed you all!

One thing I CAN say: It works multiple times. I have gone insane crazy buying lately. I don't care, my health has taken a torn for the worst and my insurance which was supposed to kick in March 1st isn't going to start until "sometime in April." I hate to say it, but the American Care Act is a hot mess. On top of all of this, my boyfriend of four years and fiance of one left me a week and a half ago. So in between crying and sleeping and eating ice cream, I've been spending a ton of money on myself. Healthy, right?

I do want to thank you girls. It might sound silly, but catching up on this board today actually cheered me up. I love y'all.

Why of course!  The more the merrier!  We can always gaze longingly at your stash!  My pups do help to balance me a lot--I have to have my little pack.  I only just realized the other day that I was showing off my flowers on my profile picture instead of the pups--how silly!  They enjoyed playing in the ten inches+ of snow we had a couple of weeks ago, but mom is so over it!

Today's Fan Friday: definitely not for me! lol I think the most recent Fresh Life has spoiled me rotten.

i wonder what size it is?

This makes me feel better. I'm Rouge and haven't gotten any promotional emails since the Dior code. I get all the other Sephora emails (confirmations, rate this product, you left stuff in your basket, etc.) but NO promotional emails. I was starting to get really upset.

By the way, guys, it says I only need to spend $212 to qualify for Rouge again, and I just got credited for a LOT of returns. I have 4,000 points. It needs to stop.

As soon as I get all my boxes of "Your life sucks, feel better!" stuff, I'm going to eat another pint or two of Ben & Jerry's and try to concentrate on my health instead of stressing myself out more in the long run with these bills. (BTW, in case any of you were wondering, I had insurance before but had to supplement it. The meds I need to go on are about $14,000/month, so my spend-crazy trip in the last week or so wasn't going to make a difference on whether I got the medicines I need now or later anyway. Just wanted to throw that out there.)

@FormosaHoney girl, I'm so disgusted with myself for being this close to Rouge again already. I've been spending a lot more at Neiman and Nordstrom, too. Sigh.

I feel you on the gift cards. I have about $300 worth of in-store credit for Sephora, but as (you, personally) know, I can't DO much with them. I wish Sephora didn't look down on trading these or selling at a discount (though I understand why they feel that way).because it's just sitting here burning a hole in my wallet. And none of my IRL friends are makeup addicts or Sephora shoppers, so I can't even use them as gifts!

I was going to ask my mom to go get me a perfume or two I've been wanting that won't show up at fragrancenet.com, and of COURSE they don't have any of them at Sephora. Vanetina, Vanetina Assoluto, Flowerbomb Extreme, and Jimmy Choo White Edition. They also didn't have the Flowerbomb home candle or Tocca candles in-store. Why, why, why, Sephora?

I think we know who is in charge of the party favors!

It's probably the same size the MERRYMINI one is...which is still available.  Maybe they're trying to get rid of those leftovers!
