Carven actually does have Patchouli in it, but I agree about the Sandalwood coming out more and that that review was bonkers!. Fragrantica.com is a GREAT place to find out what's in each fragrance as well as get reviews from perfume experts and novices alike
Also, I'm so sorry, guys!! I found out about the vibluxe code a day or two before it was posted here and it was usable. I figured everyone already knew about it. Now I feel like I failed you all!
One thing I CAN say: It works multiple times. I have gone insane crazy buying lately. I don't care, my health has taken a torn for the worst and my insurance which was supposed to kick in March 1st isn't going to start until "sometime in April." I hate to say it, but the American Care Act is a hot mess. On top of all of this, my boyfriend of four years and fiance of one left me a week and a half ago. So in between crying and sleeping and eating ice cream, I've been spending a ton of money on myself. Healthy, right?
I do want to thank you girls. It might sound silly, but catching up on this board today actually cheered me up. I love y'all.
Hey! Sorry that things aren't going well for you the last few weeks. Someone did post the vibluxe code here a day or two before I got the email, so I know a lot of people here were able to jump on it. The perks I got are super cute, I was definitely ready to pounce on a good code.
No judgement here for your beauty buying habits!!! This is the last place you should expect that. I hope you are able to get your health back on track, and don't worry too much about what you spend at Sephora, haha...this is the stuff that makes us happy! And isn't that supposed to be the best medicine

Glad to see you back @ohsailor! It stinks on the bioligic and insurance, I'm sorry...
I'm continuing my battle with insurance as well to get X-ray and CT Scan. My new PCP's (non workman's com) given me a neurology referal so I can build a case from other Docs to overturn their stone-walling of diagonistics, that will lead to surgery. I'm also planning on sending out kits to a half a dozen elected officials to see if they might 'pen' a letter for me.
Stay strong and gorgeous, gorgeous! Of course it's great to break down and have a good cry a couple of times a week. They say crying is good for you, that it's the body's way of ridding excess chemiclas created during polarized physical or mental conditions, it's sorta like a steam bath for you endocrine system, gets all the stress hormones outa ya, I think it's mainly adrenaline and otherstuff that can lead to secondary complications...
such as High Blood Pressure, that I've recently developed due to severe pain, so am now taking my opiates regularly to avoid vaso-constriction... I'd refuse it for the longest time but up against readings of 98/78 upon waking and no pain to 165/98 with accelerating pain towards the evening, I threw in the towel and did what the docs advised. But none when I'm on case, need to be lucid.
I don't at all mean to hint at judgement for over-spending, I think what you are going through is terribly tough and sometimes it takes unusual activities to balance out the bad jujus that chronic pain deals out - speaking strictly from experience
... I's more lamenting to self on overspend because now it entails more 'physical' movement to either return these or pacakge them to go out via eBay and (as you know @ohsailor) moving as little as possible is my mission objective until surgery, sigh... some day, bloody health care system...
