I'm getting extremely anxious for my order to ship. I ordered at 12:30 in the morning and haven't received my shipping confirmation yet.

well, they did say that 3 day shipping could be delayed when I ordered this am.   if you selected 1 or 2 day shipping, you should have gotten your confirmation by now.

I had the same throught!  

My credit card company's frozen my account when someone else tried to place 2 $29 orders of some software and they thought it was odd.  Rigthly so, I didn't make those orders.

They did follow-up with a call within 24 hrs. to alert me of possible CC fraud.  Could also try calling CC to see if they ARE indeed flagging the transactions?

 
I placed an order this morning with 5 of the $10 items (5 different ones, though), as well as a couple of regular items, and didn't have any issues. That's what I mean about the CSRs -- I think they just make stuff up to get people off the phone ASAP because even they don't really have the right info. Many call centers have targets for number of calls per hour or average time per call because they are things that can be measured easily. Their #1 objective is to get you off the line ASAP.

 
Is this the message people that are banned is getting? I called sephora twice since this morning because of it. Both ladies were super nice. The First Lady said the error was because they were limiting Black Friday shopping to 2 items per transaction ( I had 3 items, not doubles, just 3 items) so I removed an item and still had the error. I called again and asked the girl to put the order through for me, she did, and I think she saw the error when she was processing it. She said she fixed it, and the order went through. I haven't tried to do another order and likely won't until the $20 off of $50 promo gets in. I hope she did fix whatever was wrong. I never make returns, I don't make orders under $25 (except for *once* a couple months ago), and I don't order multiples. Well I ordered 2 of the cat eye brush sets, but one was for me and the other was for my sister- her 2 year old got poop all over her brushes and I was just trying to do a kindness. They are being really unreasonable, and seems like they are targeting a shopping base they shouldn't be. I'm VIB with flash (but will be making rouge this year), so they aren't just targeting rouge members.

I didn't think it was the item quantity being an issue, but I liked that response compared to being banned! I don't know if it is a credit card issue. The initial card (that now had 7 pending charges...) wasn't used when I called the CSR and she put the order in and still got the message with her. She was able to see everything in my cart, promo and samples included, so I guess if I can't place orders myself- I'll fill up my cart and call it in to place it. Won't get ebates, but whatever.

I remember seeing a notice pop up that it may take longer to ship out items due to increased activity. I'm betting A LOT of people placed orders yesterday and today, and it's not surprising at all that it consequently takes longer for it to be shipped out.

I didn't see this notice because I ordered on the App because that was the only way that I could get on their site. I hope this is the case.

I know! I am nervous because I just made flash so I have been making a lot of small orders. Mostly clearance items or small gift sets and I don't want them to flag me. Mind you I haven't made any $1 orders or anything like that which could apparently look suspicious to all mighty Sephora.

 
I just got my mail today and I got a $20.00 reward card that can be used towards a 50.00 purchase between 12/4 - 12/16.

anyone else get this?  Doesn't look like it is a rouge, but VIB.

I hope this NEVER happens to you. I have NEVER signed up for any forums or anything before, but I felt like I need to share with all you know (and I REALLY needed to vent) since I read on this forum of many people speculating that the ban may be due to returns. However, like I mentioned, I have NEVER returned anything so that's not the case. Just be warned. DO NOT place multiple purchases and DO NOT repeat promo codes. I mean, you could probably do it, but you'd never know when or if they'll "catch" you. Then again, even if you don't violate any of these, they'll probably find some other way to ban you once you become Rouge! :( /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> Well, I'm just so upset. I probably spent close to $1000 at Sephora the past 3 months. It's going to be a lot of trouble, but in protest, my sister is telling me to gather ALL the items I ordered the past few months and RETURN them ALL at the store!! Hhhmmm......what do you think they will say if I walk in and return $1000 worth of merchandise?
l was actually gonna say, if I got banned, in spite I would return absolutely everything I could, and buy those items from places that actually respected my business and didn't accuse me of fraud!

Yeah, I'm a Rouge and got the $20 VIB one.

 
I will use it, of course, but it doesn't seem that Rouge members got a perk or anything if it was for all VIB members...

well, I have never gotten an extra sample and so far, no extra percentages or perks.   Only the free shipping, which adds up, I will admit.

but seriously, at least let us use the 20 reward card thru the month of december instead of restricting it.  jeez...

 
I agree I'm under $200 away from rouge and my husband will use my account to get my Xmas clarisonic so I'll hit it....but instead of excited I'm now getting scared. Wish my ulta would switch over to the "new" points system so I could shop there more. I feel so bad for everyone that is banned.

Honestly, I don't see any perks. The free shipping is awesome, but they're offering people Flash so it's not like it's exclusive. But you know, I am happy with any $ off. I just won't be working hard to get Rouge again until there are actual perks.

It's crazy that you spent almost 3 times the amount for VIB and yet there are no perks??? Free shipping isn't a perk for me as most of my orders are over $50. I'm revamping my makeup from mostly Mac products so I've spent a ton the the last 30 days and if I hit VIBR great but I won't be trying to get there. Aalthough I think it will happen regardless.

 
For those of you gals who were successful in making multiples purchases with no issues, congrats. I envy you.... And for those who are in the same boat as me, I feel your pain and frustration. About the credit card issue. I use a debit card and there is more than enough money to cover my purchases. I even tried another credit card. I'm told it's NOT my card that's the problem. It's Sephora. The charges show as pending when I check, but drops after a few days. Also, I'm told I CAN shop in stores, just NOT online. Though it won't make a difference as I won't be shopping there at all. I'm kind of torn. I'll most likely get my $20 off coupon soon. BUT since I won't be shopping at Sephora, I could give it away. HOWEVER, I'm so upset with them that I don't want to encourage others to shop with them. We should all BOYCOTT them!!! Then again, some people will shop regardless and if they don't have a coupon, they will pay more, which means Sephora will make more $$$ and I don't like that either!! So, dilemma......give away coupon or BURN it???????

isn't the coupon linked to our vib/vibr/bi accounts? so you'd only be able to "give it away" if you were shopping with the person you're giving it to, right? i could be wrong.

 
BTW, there potentially is a perk depending on how you look at it. VIB Rouge gets people banned. Therefore, you can save LOTS and LOTS of money. In my case, thousands of dollars a year!!!!!!!!! I'm already thinking of how and where to spend my newfound wealth!! :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
