Ooh, the stila marvelous metals (or whatever it's called) is an epic glittery mess, and I LOVE IT!

Marc Jacobs Th(Ink) liner (a major pain to apply over the stila, so it's not neat and tidy, but I'm not really caring about that right now) metallic dusty rose on the lid, and Glamour Doll Eyes Flawless on the browbone. I'm going to end up with this foil stuff *everywhere*, but I do not care one little bit! ETA: My eye is half-closed in that picture, so the stila is practically hidden. I tend to go overboard on lid color because of how my eyes are shaped, so it might be too much for someone with not-as-hooded eyes, but this is what I have to work with, so I just roll with it! ETA2: Le sigh. I think I might be allergic to the primer. This may be going back on Tuesday. I'll try it again tomorrow an Monday to make sure this isn't just a one-time thing. If a color doesn't work, I usually just sigh and keep it because I might someday find a way to use it, but something is making my eyelids -- and all the way up to my brows, so it's not the foil shadow part of the set -- itch, and since this is the only new thing I'm wearing on them, I have a sad. I love the effect, but I do *not* love the itchiness!

Ordered at 8:15 am Thursday, and got shipping at 8:35 am on Saturday. Thankfully, my NARS palette and everything else made it onto the shipping notice.

Itchy is not good!!! Definitely return it if you have time! I'm gonna go today and swatch me all or at least play with them. That's kinda disappointing your eye is reacting like that. Better safe than sorry though for sure!

I finally put in an order this morning. I got an e-mail at like two in the morning that Ambient was back in stock...I waited till the morning and it was still there so I ordered it...yay! I have been awed by it since it came out. I also ordered a new Bare Minerals shade, the Tarte Airbrush Foundation, Laura Mercier hand creme set, The Lancome Tone Corrector, and the UD De-Slick. Also ordered the Prada Candy gift set for Mom as she fell in love with it when I got it. I use the regular too faced shadow insurance, and they stayed on pretty well! I also used a wet brush to apply, and that helped. However I put some on my little cousin for a wedding without any primer, and there was crazy fallout. I do want to try the glitter glue though, but my sephora was out of stock when I went.

I have space cowboy, diamond dog, and intergalactic. I love all three! I use them the most as eyeliners.

Will let you know my thoughts but just to put it out there...it's 20% off so now is a good time. I know people say it's full coverage but it looks like a little more coverage than Bare Minerals. Haha. I used to use BM when I was first getting into make up. I'll check it out today. I guess I don't feel a rush to get it since Tarte has 20% off sales fairly regularly IMO. I tried it on Thursday when the Tarte rep did my face and I was pretty "meh" on it. Well, a bit better than "meh" it was alright. Yeah, it's going back.  I asked myself whether I could sit through a movie with this itching going on.  Since the answer was no, I'm not even going to wait until Tuesday to decide whether to return it.  I might not get back to Sephora until then, but it's definitely not going to remain in my collection.  Oh, well.  I would rather whine that I can't get something due to allergies than because I'm broke!
