Glass nail files are made out of glass, not metal, and they don't splinter the nail as badly.

Me too. I need to get serious about this no-buy thing, because I have been failing miserably at it so far. I think the first thing I'm gonna do is cancel the majority of my subs. I have a TON.

LOL I know. Last month I spent well over $100 on subscriptions. This month - factoring in that I'll be charged near the end of the month for my quarterly boxes - I'm looking at around $200!

I'm cancelling subs as they arrive, so I'll be cancelling my second BB soon, and I really should cancel SS, but it's just so darn hard lol! I want to keep them all!!!

I managed to half my subs (or at least will when I cancel blissmobox once it arrives), so I fortunately don't have to cancel anymore. Although I should cancel my second BA and BB.

Welp, I just won a travel kit from lift lab on their facebook!! that and my UD and Stila from hautelook orders arrived in the mail today, making this no buy surviveable. 3 days complete, 27 to go!

How about....Find three items in your stash that you have never used and create a look around them?

I fell of the wagon last night. I used my dermstore $25 off & ordered the julep mystery box.

I made it 23 days though so I'm proud of myself. I've never gone that long w/o buying something. I'm a hit sephora up twice a week kind of girl.

Back to day 1. Though I am very tempted to use my beauty bar $15 off

I fell off today. /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> Turns out I have MRSA so I was at target getting my prescriptions filled and I picked up a booties night cream because they had free wipes with the purchase...which will be nice to have on hand to take off make up and wash my face on nights I'm too tired to do my skin care routine.

Well, it was hard...but I did it! I cancelled 3 subs today, and I had cancelled MyGlam last month. After I get this month's stuff from The Look Bag, Blissmobox, and BB5, they'll be cancelled too. I'm planning on calling up Stylemint tomorrow to cancel that. I really want to resub on my second BB, but I honestly can't justify having more than one until I use up a lot more stuff.

Thanks! : I'm more concerned with the effects of the giant antibiotics....my stomach does not get along with them usually.

If you're lactose tolerant, drink milk with it. Or eat crackers before, something bland to coat your stomach.

But be sure to take the entire prescribed dose. Not finishing is what builds resistance (my sister does this and I'm surprised she hasn't gotten MRSA yet) and can be very dangerous.

  Have you thought about asking your dr to prescribe anti-nausea pills? I'm on tons of meds that make me feel yucky.

The OTC anti-nauseas suck. They either make you feel really hyper or really tired.

I'm back on day 1 today. I opened up a 2nd sub to blissmo so I could get the choco lovers box. Once you cheat, its hard to stop!

I didn't ask them about that, I just bought alka selzer. I have a follow up appointment this week so if its bad I will ask then. Hopefully I can get enough "good bacteria" or whatever in me through the yogurt.

I decided to try this "no buy" for March and so far it hasn't been that bad.  Ulta isn't helping with their 21 days of beauty they have going on but I'm trying to stick to this no buy!  Hopefully I'll make it to the end of this month.
