Ouch!!!! That looks horrible.... but I know you won't go out without sunscreen again. I always use sunscreen even if I am going to be out for 5 min. My main thing is to keep aging as slow as I can and keep the skin cancer away from me. However, I forgot to put sunscreen on my shoulders at Grand Canyon last month and got sun burnt... And mine wasn't as bad as your.....

Oh! that's too much.

I think our countries are more hotter than in US, but I think your skin are sensetive and ca't hold that much of hot as we used to it evey day!

Try not to set under the sun too much even with the sunscreen. I heard that even the shadow have the same bad effects on the skin coz it is still hot.
