How often do you wash your hair? If it's not every day, what do you do in between washes and does your hair look clean?

Normally, every other day depending on the amount of oil I can see and feel in my hair. Otherwise, every day.

Usually everyday, but recently every other day. It depends if I have to go out or not. lol

I wash (shampoo and condition) mine every 3 days...more often if I go to the gym and sweat. I hate oily dirty looking hair.

I usually wash my hair every other day. I don't mind washing it every day it's just that I am never patient enough to let it dry on its own and hate using heat on it too frequently. However, my second day hair is always limp and a little greasy. I tried a dry shampoo that my hair stylist gave me, but I detested the smell and it didn't work as well as the bottle of TRESemme FreshStart dry shampoo that I had tried first. That stuff is amazing! You have to be picky about what brush you use to brush any dry shampoo out anyway, but this stuff is great! It takes out the greasy look while also adding volume, and it smells great!

Varies with the season or if I am training regularly, basically I wash my hair more frequently if I get sweaty. At present my hair is washed every three days or so using a light conditioner only: I use Batiste dry shampoo in between around the hairline. By the third day my crown certainly is not clean and the curls are a fluffy mess, so obviously I don't inflict that on anyone else! My scalp is much less greasy since I quit using sulphate shampoos, prior to that I would wash my hair every second day without fail.

well, according me you have to daily wash your hair but some people have problem of hair falling so i don't think they should wash their hair daily.
Hair falling out has nothing to do with shampoo, so long as the proper shampoo is used, as it can be the result of breakage due to damaged hair (chemically altered hair or hair damaged by blow dryers, flat/curling irons) or it could be due to stress, disease and even genetics. People will loose around 100 hairs per day, give or take and depending on where in your growth cycle a person is then he or she may see more or less hair fall out. Also, improper hair brushing can cause a person to seem as if they're losing more hair when they do brush their hair. By improper I mean like my kids who only brush the top of their heads so when I brush it all the loose hair strands come out making it seem as if they're losing more hair than they should.

Twice a week usually, but sometimes 3 times a week if it gets unbearable. Washing your hair every day can strip your hair of the natural oils that are meant to protect your hair and scalp from getting dry. I used to wash my hair every day without fail, and my hair was always so dry and flat, and I could never get it to do what I wanted.

Now I only wash it 2-3 times a week, and I use dry shampoo between washes to get the excess grease out of my hair. Kenra Platinum sells a dry shampoo that smells and works phenomenally. I spray it near my roots and rub the product in and it gets most of the oil out, and also kind of gives me some volume too.

I also deep condition every other wash, concentrating on my ends because they're so damaged from when I used to heat style every day.

Most people seem to be oblivious of the fact that washing your hair so often isn't good for it. There's some other things in this blog about hair care tips/practices that most girls don't know about:

I wash my hair thrice a week to eliminate dirt and oil ......... washing hair everyday leave it dry and rough.
