I have started bleaching my hair, but I want to make sure that I replenish it in between dyes.

Does anyone know of a good product I could use to return some moisture, protein, oomph to my hair so it doesn't fall out?

I have over processed hair too.  What I use is Redken Dream Whip Protective Softening Mousse. It helps soften and add body while helping fragile hair resist breakage.

thank you for including a picture of the product, now I'll recognize it if I see it and maybe give it a shot...is this a styling product (mousse) or a special treatment?

Its a mousse that protects your hair.  You put it on, leave it in, and either blow dry your hair or let it air dry.

I too have bleached blonde hair and two things that work for me are Tres Semme Thermal Recovery Conditioner that you use regularly in the shower and then some sort of leave in conditioner with fortifying properties, such as Garnier Nutrisse Leave in Conditioner.  That's what's worked for me.  I avoid styling products (gels, mousses and such) except for a spritz of hairspray here and there.  Most styling products contain some sort of alcohol which can be very drying to hair, especially processed hair.  After I've straightened or curled my hair I spritz it with John Freida Frizz-ease 100% Shine Glossing Mist to tame down any fly aways and give it a pretty shine.  Hope this helps!

Sorry I didn't answer your question directly, it's not a styling product
