What do you use to exfoliate?

I use Philosophy Microdelivery peel once a week

and the OCM the rest of the time, and I guess the washcloth used twice a day counts as exfoliation, cos I rub pretty hard! lol

Also aspirin mask mixed with Queen Helene Mask, I rub the aspirin granules into my skin when washing off (once a week)

Have tried baking soda in honey too, but i prefer the above

Its one of the best things I've had, besided Chanel.

I am using RoC Gommage Douceur, Gentle Exfoliating Cream. I have sensitive skin and this works great, never irritates my face.

Baking soda? ive never heard of using that.. what exactly do u do? is it more of a mask or do you actually use it to exfoliate? what kind of baking soday? lol sorry for all the questions!

Last night I applied an aspirin mask mixed in with yougurt.

I figured with the AHA and BHA action I should get more results. Once I wash it off I used my enzyme peel and I couldn't believe the amount of dead skin cells that came off my face. I think I will add this to my weekly routine.

You can use it both as a scrub or a mask...or a scrub mask! lol!

Some people mix it in with cetaphil, I mis it with my Nivea Visage Wash Gel, and use that as a scrub.

You can also mix it with honey and leave it on your skin as a mask, I think a lot of people get good results with that...and then scrub after 20min or so while rinsng off..
