What companies have you gotten samples from?

So far I've just emailed 5 companies and heard back from one, which is ok because it's Living Proof and they are going to send me samples which is awesome! Hopefully I hear back from the rest fingers crossed!

My mailbox was stuffed today! Here's what I got: A Garnier moisturizer sample & coupon from the Target sample spot, Uberliss, Bioelements, First Aid Beauty, Somme Institute, and Apivita.

First aid wants me to go to sephora for a sample...

That's what they told me at first, but the closest sephora to me is about 2 hrs away! So I wrote back and told them that and then they sent the samples.

I have 2 jcpenneys which have sephora inside but the ladies who work there are really not that nice and I do not like to go there...

There is not even a sephora in a JCPenney in my area! Which is kind of weird, it is a decent sized city, and we have 2 JCPenneys so I'm surprised that at least one of them doesn't have a sephora.

Some reply that they sent samples. Others reply asking questions about MY skin... which I LOVE because I get stuff I can actually use. Hope this helps. Just be honest about what you need and what you are looking for. 

That said... I need to go on Paula's Choice and order me some more BHA lotion. I'm running out of my liquid and I'm seriously addicted to that stuff.

They told me that the easiest way to sample the products would be to go to the Sephora in JCPenny that is a few miles from my house. I replied simply "Unfortunately, with a two year old there is no such thing as an "easy" trip to a makeup store. This is why I purchase my makeup and skincare online. Thank you for your help" so we will see if they reply saying they will send stuff. It's the truth. If I go to Sephora it's because I'm already at the mall and I RUN in and RUN out in minutes. No way I could shop and sample there. My kiddo can only flirt with the ladies for so long before he is bored and cranky.
