I finally heard back from VMV Hypoallergenics (again). They are SO informative. They emailed me tons of information about possible reasons for my dry/red skin including issues that may be from my medications. I appreciate the samples, but I also appreciate them taking the time and effort to educate me about my skin from a perspective I may not have heard before. They want me to do a 7 day cleanse on my skin... but that is no makeup for 7 days! Yikes! I am not looking forward to that one, but I would love to see how my skin reacts to their products after a true skin fast. They said my samples will be shipping soon. I can't wait!!

I just checked and I heard back from them as well! They didn't recommend the skin fast to me, I might have liked to try it, but oh well. I do like the sound of the products they recommended though! You're right, they are super helpful with a lot of information. They said they'd update soon with shipping information for my samples, and I'm really looking forward to trying out what they send!

 
Just got a reply from a rep at NUDE skincare. She asked about my skin and what concerns I had so she could send me the right stuff. I really do love when customer service takes a personal approach to getting people what they needs. It made me feel like she really cares!

Mine is usually something like this:

Hi, I recently heard about ****** products through ******* (a website, a person, however I found out about them, or just saying "good reviews online" if there's not a specific source), and I really love what I'm seeing, especially as I'm looking for a new haircare/skincare/etc routine (whatever type of product I want to sample from their line, all true as I'm looking for a new everything pretty much lol!). I'm particularly interested in the (product name here, if I'm interested in a specific product or something for a specific concern; otherwise I leave this part out). However, I'm somewhat hesitant to purchase products when I haven't had a chance to try something out for myself, so I was wondering if it might be possible to obtain samples prior to purchase? If not, I totally understand, but if so, I'd really appreciate it and have included my information below. Thank you!

It's amazing how much time they put into this to make sure the products meet our needs. However I have not heard back from them since a week.

Nice! I emailed them about a month ago and didn't hear back...I think I'll try again and see if I can get a response.

Have you checked your ticket and they have not responded, or were you waiting on an email? I never got an email from them. I realized that I had to click on the ticket link and get my response there. Also, I emailed them on the 18th. They responded on the 19th. I emailed back on the 25th (didn't realize I needed to click on the ticket) and did not hear back until the 3rd. So don't give up! With the amount of effort they put into this... I am sure they are just gathering info for you.

My skin can be very dry, red, and sensitive so that is why they asked if I would be interested in doing the skin fast. I said I would do it. I'm not thrilled about no makeup for 7 days... but I have a feeling it's going to make my skin feel better. I think they are just including the pure coconut oil for the fast, since that is ALL you can use.

Yes I checked my ticket. I had to answer about 1 million questions 1 week ago and since then no answer on the ticket. But I'm sure it's only because they really care and evaluate everything. I'm very curious of their products for sure!

Oh yes, I'm sure that is why! It took 9 days after I sent my response to all of those questions to hear back. I'm sure yours is coming! I'm so excited. I just have a feeling I am going to fall in love with this company (just like I did Paula's Choice!)

Honestly, I am going to cheat. I can't go without at LEAST some eyeliner and mascara. I think eye makeup will be ok. I am just going to not use any face makeup. No foundation, primer, powder, blush, etc. No cleansers, toner, lotion, serum, sunscreen.... ONLY 100% pure coconut oil. Eek!!! I'll have to take a before and after shot of my skin to see if the redness goes down.

No foundation, primer, powder, blush, etc. No cleansers, toner, lotion, serum, sunscreen.... ONLY 100% pure coconut oil. Eek!!! I'll have to take a before and after shot of my skin to see if the redness goes down.

I'm right now using paulas choice and also LOVE it! The products are super duper!!! Haha! 2 weeks ago I've never even heard of that line!

Her stuff is amazing. I have used a TON of her products! Let me know if you have any questions about any of it! I've tried at least half of what she has, including makeup.
