What companies have you gotten samples from?

I don't know why but Skyn Iceland sent me two packages might have been in error or something. And glo sent a bunch of samples! Some companies that recently sent was Lisa Hoffman, San re, and Erbaviva. too!

@@Aprilasb For FAB I just told them I couldn't visit a retailer and do most my shopping online. Then the lady was like please send me your mailing address. Also DHC was a real let down they sent 2 tiny foil packets with barely anything in them, couldn't even tell if I liked it or not.

Oscar Blondi told me no. I was really hoping to try their shampoo. I'm already an avid fan of their dry shampoo. Oh well.

I'd say the chances are pretty slim with a makeup company. Did you request specific products?

I usually say I was interested with foundations, mascara's, etc. The reply is mostly "we don't have any to give out" but that I could get some at a retailer

Alot of these brands say no to almost everyone, from what I understand. I would look up brands that still need to make a name for themselves, try brands not so mainstream. For makeup I tried (with success) StudioGear, Jane Ireldale, and I recently got a yes from Napoleon Perdis. Fragrance/bodycare try Crabtree and Evelyn, Tory Burch, and Nest fragrances. For skincare Paula's choice is super generous, Eve Lom, Glo Minerals (sent some cosmetic samples also,) and Vbeaute!

Yikes there's no chance you'll get a yes from those companies, try some companies like skincare. But companies like smashbox they don't really care they already have their customers.

Actually I did not for the most part! I just moved to a really small lake town here in Florida, and I honestly do have to find a few good companies or just one to order online, since any store that would have what I want would be at least an hour away, so I let them know this. Typically I just ask them if it would be possible to send me some of there best sellers, unless there is something in particular I want to try.
