Tips for washing after dying

Hi I've just ha my hair dyed today I was pretty much full head blonde. And had 2 browns lowlighted though it. She choose a really dark brown and a light brown. When washed out the dark brown lightened up which she said was whats it should look like as it was ontop of bleach. Anyway Im worried about washing as last time I went brown over blonde it faded loads and I saw patched of blonde. But this time I'm highlighted so I probably won't see much of a change but is there any tips to keep this color from fading quick? Thanks so much

In my opinion, it is the exposure to water that causes the dye to fade.

Try washing your hair as in frequently as possibly

And washing/conditioning your hair quickly to minimize water exposure
