Spray hair coloring

I want to know if anyone has used them? I saw the cans in Sally's and thought it would be kind of cool to try. Does it dry out or make your hair fall out? Does it only come out with shampoo or if any water touches it?

I can't afford a dye or highlight job, so im trying to find something temporary. Pretty much something that I can wash out if I don't like it or get tired of it.

Any experiences or recommendations is welcome and appreciated. Thanks.

I used spray hair colouring before (I can't remember the name of the product...sorry). When I tried it it got a bit messy & when I ran my fingers thru my hair the product would be tinted on my fingers. It was only after I washed it out that the colour didnt rub off on my clothes or hands. I dont think it makes ur hair fall out because its not permanent hair dye. All of the colour comes out after like 5 washes (maybe more or less depending on the brand you use).

I HATE spray on hair color.  Many colors don't show up that well if you have dark hair and it CAN get everywhere.  It makes your hair hard and crunchy.  It's basically like spraying colored hairspray all over your hair

That reminds me of bad halloween costuming.  If you're going to colour, make the commitment.  There are lighteners and colour dyes in 1 for less than $20 at Sally's beauty.

Yeah that stuff is nasty...not recommended at all, stick to the semi/demi dyes

Thanks everyone. Im actually going to a salon tomorrow to talk to a colorist. I didn't want to use permanent coloring because it can break off natural hair, but she said that we can tak more about it. Thanks again.
