:eusa_whistle: kEEP YOUR HAIR FROM LOSING IT'S HAIR OVERNIGHT BY ALWAYS SLEEPING ON A SATIN PILLOW. cARRY ONE WITH YOU WHEN YOU TRAVEL!!! PERYE

Thanks for sharing! I've heard sleeping on satin pillowcases really does help keep your hair from breaking and getting damaged. They're highly recommended by a lot of women who like to keep their hair very long [like, waist-length to floor-length long!], as I've discovered from reading several long hair sites and forums :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

it's also good for curly hair!!! won't cause frizz or destroy the curl definition

I've read this too somewhere, and also that it's good for people who sleep on their side or stomach, to prevent wrinkles from having your face pressed into the pillow every night.

Great tip! I love my satin and silk pillowcases for this reason and...

Yep, this is true!

Yep yep, I wake up with smooth hair in the morning now that I sleep on a satin pillow case. Had to make my own, I like to sleep on one of those triangular shaped pillows and no stored had satin pillow case for those kind of pillows.

I sleep on satin pillowcases... love them! :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> Definitely recommend! Walmart usually sells them cheaper than a Linen's n' Things or Bed Bath & Beyond...

I had completely forgotten I wanted to try this. Thanks for the info, coz i wasn't sure if it would work. My hair is getting pretty long now and I have noticed it breaking easily lately. Must go and buy one!!!
