The Urban Decay 500 point reward is back in stock online.

I got it and flew through checkout so I wouldn't lose it in my cart - and D'OH - forgot to use my 20% code.  I wrote to see if there was any way to apply it after the fact?  I will deal with it if I have to eat the cost since it was a gift, but has anyone had luck with something like this in the past (or got the big "waaah waaah waaah" sound instead)?

@@shutterblog If you have another 500 points, maybe see if you can place an identical order, with the code applied, and then cancel the original order? Make sure it's still possible to cancel the first order though, I believe there's only a short window that you would be able to do so.

Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order will be in a "Placed" status. Your order is then "Sent to Warehouse," entering the shipping process almost immediately. The only time that you can cancel or modify your order is during "Placed" status. 
 
Once your order has been "Sent to Warehouse," it has entered the shipping process and no further changes can be made. You can return your items free of charge for a credit to your account.

Boo at how quickly it switched statuses (in this case, at least!) Maybe you can call CS to see if they can do anything, if you don't mind how long the wait will probably be considering the general site issues and the locked accounts drama. If they can't do that, if you've got a Sephora within a reasonable travel distance, I would call them and see if they could retroactively apply the discount for you. For me, the level of effort I would be willing to go through to get the 20% off would depend on how much my order was lol. If it were $25ish ($5 discount) or under I probably wouldn't bother, but I definitely would if it were $50+ ($10+ discount).

I believe we should be getting the $15(BI)/$20(VIB/VIBR) off a $50 purchase within the first 2 weeks of December. If they do it in the same formatting as last year, you technically don't have to spend the $50 to get the discount, because it comes in the form of a gift card pin and can just be used as the dollar value. I just checked my order history and I used my $20 on a DL polish duo and only had to pay the $1.65 in tax. I'm not really sure why shipping was free for that order since I don't remember it being part of the promo, but I've never had flash or been VIBR...

Do you remember any of the past 1000 point perks? I've been looking to cash out and this is the first time ever in my sephora life that I've had more than 1000 points. The only one I can remember is the MJ lippie one, but that wasn't a holiday perk...

In other news, I just got my order with the BECCA Shimmering Skin Perfector Spotlights & Pampered Party Prep sample bag. LOVE all the samples & I'm pumped to try the spotlights out. I love a good highlighter!

I think I'm going to place another order to get the Bright Night Out sample bag & maybe some of these Bite lip minis. I have never tried Bite, amazingly, and I feel like I need to after seeing everyone rave about them!

!!! They're amazing! Especially the lip pencil in Rhubarb. I'm not sure if it's just the lip pencils that are slightly scented (I don't remember the lipstick I have having a scent), but just a slight warning if you're sensitive to scents. I can't really describe the smell, but to me it's a little like someone pureed fresh cut grass and raspberries together. It's a little strange, but not unpleasant and fades away after you apply it.
